Rockwool for clones aeroponic cloner help

i have 18 rockwool cubes inside net pots in an aeroponic cloner. the rockwool cubes are completely soaked is this a bad thing? what should i doi heard people do it by putting the cutting in the net pot but that seams too difficult

Yea you definitely do want them to be soaked. They make sleeves that will hold the cuttings till they get roots. If they are soaked it will drown the cuttings before it can grow roots.
