A quick Google search indicates Listerine is the go to, as well as brushing your tongue and certain chewing gum can be effective as well. If someone asked me to take a drug test I would give them some cannabis and tell them to test it themselves, LOL.

They have little bottle at head shops in Canada $25 ,and it works used it as my company does testing with new jobs
