There was someone on here that said they need to make a nutrient that has all immobile nutrient minerals in it so its easier to flush....or something like that....and i just questioned why am i even here? Set me off. A bunch of just bad shit happened yesterday.

Dude,
When you get frustrated just start posting memes and gifs like I do. None of those know-it-alls even matter! If they listen it's cool, but most newbies know it all already. Can't help those people. Peace out

Riu growers.....almost entirely made up of 20 to 40 year old white males with one or two lamps in a tent. Hardly any of them really know what they are doing (horticultural wise) and have got about 3 years max experience. No real pros or veterans give up any decent information or post at all. Read most of the thread titles....its obvious. Younger kids arguing about nutrient brands and whether flushing is effective or not.
I'm a 22 year old and will post some of my stuff this year. Im not "white" so to speak and I grow outdoor in a greenhouse. Most of the time when growing season is going, people are so busy they don't post. There are a lot of good growers here and people with good advice :)

i read said thread.
if you let shit like that piss you off in life youre gunna die of a heartattack pretty damn soon
gotta just let things so insignificant not bother you

people grow differently. people enjoy gardening differently. people can grow differently all they want. there isnt a one standard way, nor is there laws saying you gotta do it the way this group a on rollitup thinks so
sitting there beating them with a hammer over their head telling them their wrong on an internet forum for days on end.
stupid.

a wide majority of said people on riu are on the other grow forums as well
but at the end of the day forums are personal choices, and if you feel you dont jive at rollitup go some place else you feel better at.

but its the same shit different platform elsewhere. lol

This is true ..and its gonna get worse

with legalization comes the curious teen that would never had gone against the law in a million years

now he can with glee, growing out his weed in a market that itself is young

in just the short time I've been posting we have seen the 18yo guerrilla grower

become a marketable consumer, having to have the 'kit' required costs several hundred

where as before it was pennies, god help him should he be a poor grower and suffer the wrath

of his blades, but what pisses me off, is the younger they are the less inclined they are to find the answers themselves

rather come on here and ask a million questions, rather than get a good book to work from

here is now its immediate, a book takes effort I guess...?

Dont forget the people who cant read that well or for long periods of time, such as myself. its also hard to see the wood for the trees and new info comes to light every day.

Gotta separate the wheat from the chaff.

I wish folks were a bit more definitive when it comes to reporting results. It’s funny to me that someone will go to all the trouble of maintaining a journal the entire grow and then ghost the thread right at harvest time. It makes sense I guess because harvest time is busy, but hardly anyone comes back to report yields or even offer a smoke report. Prohibition is no doubt a part of this but I’m as interested in the results as I am with the technique it takes to bring a plant to harvest and cure.
