Cool. I ask because. Ironically one of my transplants is drooping. Meter does say wet. Thx. Guilty, I over watered. Thanks for the learning. Lol

IMO you’d be better off tossing that meter in the trash and learn to judge a dry enough pot by weight.

Overwatering is giving a plant water too often, it has nothing to do with how much water you give it.
