Get some revive, as long as you make her happy after, she should be ok. Wouldn't stress her out any more though. Make sure she is completely stress free for a few days..

I will also add depending on the damage to roots while she recovers you will help her by shading her bit. Whether in a growroom or outside she should be either in medium shade or at the outside of your light area. This will help to keep her from drying out with the reduced root volume. Giving her a misting daily will help also until the roots have a chance to catch back up.

I wish you luck~But don't count on it recovering:cry:Here some pointer so next time it will help pop'em out the pot:-PWater'em good before transplant:eyesmoke:This helps hold the dirt together:wall:Take a thin knife and run it around the inside of the pot very carefully:leaf:Last but not least squeeze the bottom and the sides of the pot to loosen it up some:clap:Grip the pot from the bottom pulling the pot off the dirt & not pulling on the plant out of the pot:cool:

I have to respectfully disagree with much of this post. If you water well "Before" your soil will be much looser than dry soil. Depending on your level of skill in transplanting I would recommend dry. When the soil is drier it will pull away from the sides of the container and with good roots holding the soil allows you to slide the pot from the soil.
If you wish to bareroot or trim your roots then yes a moisture soil to a wet soil would be the best choice. I don't recommend this for the person new to growing unless forced to.
Once again no disrespect intended.
Happy Growing

Yea, going to have to agree 100%. I always try to make sure all is nice and dry before touching anything. Just my two cents though.. I haven't had any problems.

I just did it to one of mine, I lost almost all of the root mass. (I watered well before the transplant
the soil broke apart and tore off the roots)

I left it where it was under the 1000w and it didn't harm it, but it is on 12/12 so it
had plenty of rest at night.

It took a week or more to show signs of new growth but it has since
recovered and is doing well. No real damage to it above soil, it just fell
way behind the others.

Easy on the water, and give it time. It will let you know when to resume as
normal.

I do bonsai trees and you would not believe what we do to those damn roots.

Just be gentle and use something like myco madness - get those roots going again.
