That's exactly what I said...No offense but my money would be on the dude of the same build that eats a balanced diet....You cannot judge something by your performance as a youth or a single individual...It's like saying being a vegan worked out great when I was in my 20's but as I got older It didn't workout as well, but it's still healthy everybody should do it

ugh honestly i have too much school work on my plate to dance this dance.
im bowing out
ive been doing it for over 4 years now and its just frankly fucking annoying now.

you can go through all the vegan posts ive made if you wanna read otherwise being a broken record its tiresome.

and never helps anyways someone will always argue against it, always
