The 'less govt' 'state rights' republicans are at it again.

PHOENIX - Arizona voters could get the chance to repeal the state's medical marijuana program.

Republican State Representative John Kavanagh is proposing to repeal Proposition 203, which was approved back in 2010.

Prop 203 allows people with a doctor's recommendation to get a medical marijuana card, which they can use to attain up to 2.5 ounces of pot every two weeks.

Kavanagh says the proposition has since been a failure.

It's likely that he will get the votes he needs from the House and Senate to put the issue before voters.

Fucking serious? No way! I did some research, there are a few Democrats in AZ who want to repeal the 2nd with a new amendment. Shocking, huh?

Screw those guys.

I'm a recipient of prop 203, and I can tell you that if you put the vote up again, we will pass it again.

Furthermore, with the dispensaries just opening, and the govt having not collected much $$$, it would make no sense, even for the state, to repeal the prop. Shit, if the state decides to repeal the prop, they will take a steep financial loss.

Yeah, what he said. Every American that calls themselves a republican is not fit to live. Every one of them lies and steals, they are evil incarnate. There has never, ever been a decent human being who was also a republican.
Contrarily, all democrats are indistinguishable from Christ, Buddha, Mother Theresa and Ghandi. They are incapable of doing anything wrong. They are incorruptible.

imho the whole "medical" thing has done more harm than good to the community. The percentage of people who actually "need" pot for a real illness is miniscule compared to the number who just get the script to not get arrested for smoking pot. I'm one of those. Either tighten up the medical side or make it legal like CO or WA.
the democrat/republican debate is so stupid. they are all quasi-socialist big government money spending whores. personally I prefer my lieing scumbags to at least SAY they are states rights, gun toting, free market people. VS the other shitbags that say they are whining, pro whale, pro abortion welfare statists.
In the end they both do the same thing I just prefer the lies to be easier on my ears since im a gun toting, tin foil hat wearing, ayn rand capitalist.
but at the end of the day I dont bother voting anyway...
