The 'less govt' 'state rights' republicans are at it again.
PHOENIX - Arizona voters could get the chance to repeal the state's medical marijuana program.
Republican State Representative John Kavanagh is proposing to repeal Proposition 203, which was approved back in 2010.
Prop 203 allows people with a doctor's recommendation to get a medical marijuana card, which they can use to attain up to 2.5 ounces of pot every two weeks.
Kavanagh says the proposition has since been a failure.
It's likely that he will get the votes he needs from the House and Senate to put the issue before voters.
