Those are the vBEXperience points. If you look below that, in the "Points for User" box you'll see a line item for "Reputation". Those are the users rep points. Maybe I can see it because of the forum skin I'm using ('Rollitup-08'). I can also see that you have 3,298 rep points.

on each post someone post's next to the number on the top right of each reply. Theres a Number looks something like this... #5 then a greyish tree thing? idk what it is.. CLICK on it. then there is a redish triangle with a !!! in the middle. Click the GREY TREE.

Ahhh...maybe it is the version of forum prog I am using.... I see the gray tree (it's a scale by the way ), but I don't have a red triangle with !! .... I have a green square box. When I click on the rep button (scale) I see no points.
