Recognize out of State MMJ cards

Does Nevada recognize out of state cards ? Thinking of a Vegas trip and kind of uneasy on packing meds either thou I heard airports are now MM friendly if where you are flying to a MM state

I know the answer is yes but I cant find it.
Just look up some of the mobile dispenseries on weedmaps and call them they will tell you what you need get meds.
airports would be real iffy I have only heard of in state California being OK with flying with MMJ and only certain airlines.
I would be really careful about it and call the airline I think the TSA is all fed stuff so don't see how it would get past them.

Ok here is something.
Sections 19.5 and 24.9 of this bill provide for the dispensation of marijuana and
related products to persons who are not residents of this State. From April 1, 2014,
through March 31, 2016, a nonresident purchaser must sign an affidavit attesting to the
fact that he or she is entitled to engage in the medical use of marijuana in his or her
state or jurisdiction of residency. On and after April 1, 2016, the requirement for such

an affidavit is replaced by computer cross-checking between the State of Nevada and
other jurisdictions.
