Looks so sick with the lenses. Which ones did you go with? I assume something from KB.

2x HLG-185h-1400 powering it?
Curious which lenses you went with as well, would love to get them for my setup to protect them from saltwater splash...

You happen to have a link Realstyles?

No need for it

Ok,so why in the thread 3 in 1 dimming option for MW hlg...Supra advice me to add a 10K resistor?
What is the difference between with or without resistor? With you can dim at minimum 10% and without?!?
Is there electricity in dim wires?
Your plants look so nice and healthy! They are fat as some outdoor plant,impressive...!
I would love to go with only 4 plants in my 4X4,it is so clean,so easy to take care of each plant(my grow box have only one door and is in a small room,I putted small whells under my plants to move everything out,but it is a pita to take care of the 3 in the back)
Me I grew 9 to avoid a long vegging...but I use to go with 16 plant in 6L,but since I go with 9 in 11L I make much weight... so maybe with 4 in 25L it would be interesting...maybe!?!
Have a great day
Could you explain me what is the bottle on your panel,I do not understand (it is easier to read for me...it is because of the accent and you speak too fast for me sometime! Think that you are watched by a lot of peoples from everywhere...

@littlejacob I think 4 25L pots in a 120cm tent would be perfect. I am nobody.

Don't say that y ou are nobody...you are a grower, just like me and all the guys here!!!
I care about all the things peoples told me,I like to share,,that is what make the things go forward (I hope you understand what I mean...)
So,thanks for tell me what you would do...I am open to everything.I want to put myself in danger...lol.I mean,I do scrog with pretty good result, since 5 years now, before i use to let the plants do what they want...but i want to change a few things to try to improve my yields.
I am looking for octopot, since I prefer soil.It looks very interesting,I have to get informations on it!
Have a great day and everyone's welcome...even nobody...lol!

Basically dim+ and dim- when connected, have something like 200 mico amps going thru them, and if you dim to 0%, it will work, but 0% = no resistance = short circuit from our POV

But meanwell don't indicate it as a problem, they seem to have it covered.

Maybe it's not good to run for prolonged time at 0%. But in most uses, you usually don't ever dim to 0% anyway ..

:peace:

So there is no problem if I touch dim wires!?? If dim+ touch dim- what will happened?
So at 0% it is not switch off!?
Thank you
Have a great day™

The current on your leds will be 0, but the dim+ and dim- will have its (mili) current running thru.

There's some blabla about cycles I haven't deciphered yet. SDS really doesn't like the idea of a short happening on dim circuit, I would still put a little resistor in personally to stay on the safe side, who said 'better safe than sorry' ?
Even if it's only 1K or 5K, it will do. Those resistors are real cheap, can ship for free, and take no time to add to dim circuit.

@REALSTYLES- At the MaxYield show I went to last year, I got to talk to the guys that make the CO2 bottles. As a grower and not a store owner, they kept pushing how the costumer has to keep coming back every 2 weeks. By the time you finish a run you have bought yourself a used regulator and tank. I prefer to use a bottle and a CO2 controller set at around 1100 ppms. The bottles last up to 2 months, unless I am in and out of the room working a lot. Then it last for over a month for less than the cost of one of the 2l bottles. But free shit is free shit, I used mine the minute I got home. I thought I would also throw up a pic of those Blackhole emitters in action. Great looking grow.

@littlejacob sorry for the late reply but that is a co2 generator that I got free from a grow show, that you can make yourself for cheap with sugar and yeast, not $39 REAL TALK.
for real, you can just go to a brew store and get a vapor lock that will let the gas bubble out, and use whatever bottle you want.

If all growers I know would agree on one thing, it's that yeast CO2 stuff is completely useless.

It's pretty rare to have concensus among a big bunch of growers, so that says something ...

There is no way some yeast will provide high enough amounts of CO2, to be useful.

Either you :
Have no ventilation => CO2 yield will be too little yo compensate for what plants use => CO2 goes down, counterproductive.
Have ventilation => Extra CO2 will just be rinsed out with exhaust => Useless.

I guess if you get it for free, like RS did, you could use it before you toss it away never to buy one (...) but I'd save some time, and not even accept the 'gift'.

:peace:

It's not a vapor lock. Like I said I got it free from grow show and it's called a air lock from the brew store lol. I know how to make co2 for cheap from yeast and sugar to dry ice
Is that a typo ? If not I'm curious what your technique is to get, solid, CO2
