raw cane sugar

    So, I was reading the ingredients on the back of some GH flora nectar and it said it has molasses and raw cane sugar and some other stuff too. I have always used molasses in my DWC with great results and I got a little foggy during my last week of papaya flowering and figured what the hell ill add some raw cane sugar with the molasses...put about 1/4 cup in my 15 gallon tub and I swear in like 2 days BAM huge increase in crystals and I mean HUGE! No adverse affects either (4days so far) Now I have never grown this strain b4 so I dont know if it normally whitens up the last week like that. But how quickly I saw results after adding the sugar led me to believe thats what frosted them up.

    I have seen people ask about raw cane sugar before with no good answers...so here ya go try it and you will see. Post your results here please we can see if it was just my strain or if it really is MAGIC. I will be using raw cane sugar with molasses from now on.

    there are a couple of strains that will do that in the final week or so of flowering. I doubt that the sugar had any affect. But I never tested it, so I could be wrong.

    I used sucanat for a while but went back to molasses as it's got more for the money in it. Subcool has a following of users...that swear by it

    huh sucanat is another word for raw natural cane sugar I just learned something new. I used them both

    I use Sucanat the last few weeks to help with added sugars, to help feed the microbeasties and to pick up some of the flavour..... one grow awhile back I went nuts with molasses in the final 3 weeks... you could taste it in the smoke....

    Sucanat is sure alot cheaper than expensive "formulations" that are probably nothing more than Sucanat with some P and K...
