Uhh, sorry. But the truth is almost as strange. Buck?? Wanna recap duck penii?
Wow, wow, wow. Dont get buck involved. I'm likely to get pm'd duck cock for a fortnight.

Edit: gutted ducks don't have electric cocks though, suppose it's a shock risk if you live in water.

It takes stoners 10 times as long to change servers than non-stoners. FACT.
Incorrect, sorry neo.

I built a whole server for a church, drops and everything. Setup QOS with hidden broadcast. Took me and one other guy 23 days total. We ended up running 36 drops.

36 drops in 23 days!? I would pull 1200 feet of fiber in two days, 4 runs@ 300 feet through walls, floors and multiple turns. There was only two of us. We could bang out cat 6 pulls in no time, punch that shit down at the tie panel and have everything looking pretty neat. I doubt I could do the software side to your ability though!

Was my first time installing drops and when I went up the ladder to run it through the drop ceiling there wasn't no easy way to get them into the server room. Was having to roll them up and toss them, they would get stuck on the hangers and electrical wires. Whoever ran all the stuff up there did a horrible job.

Got to use a fox and hound which was fun...

You sound like the guy that I was working with, he let me setup the security and switches for the network.

A good pair of glow in the dark "sticks" will work wonders. Greenlee makes a good pair. Drop ceilings suck, I had to run cables in a school in the Catskills. It sucked so bad. Luckily I always kept a headlamp, that helped.

The long runs I described above were in a Communications office with 15 inch cable racking 20 feet above the floor, running over the equipment. Raised floors are the best!

Yea, kinda glad I'm not going into that portion of networking. I'm on the security side, but if I ever needed to run anymore I know how, so there is that.

We have raised floors in our networking classes at school. It kinda freaks me out a little, I feel like I'm gonna find the one tile that moves.

I thought it was hilarious that me and kinetic were talking about servers and that happen in the same process.

I swear my computer jokes are not intentional.

I found this to be a fun fact

  1. During the 17th Century, the Sultan of Turkey ordered his whole harem of women to be drowned and replaced with a new one.

When George Washington and his men were starving at Valley Forge the Oneida Indians sent supplies and concubines for comfort. Some historians will say that the Oneidas help to the Americans proved to be invaluable in winning independence from the UK.
