RAIDED!! EVERYTHING CLOSED! STATE WIDE PUSH!

Yeah and that includes the others that followed posting links to press release's on disp. hit.........I fuck'in said it was a statewide crackdown! I kept my ears open when they (WMET and State police) were talking and were not thinking I could hear.....They said it was a state wide crackdown, on direction of Schutte (AG).
The press has yet to report on the 6 hit in my county (including me)......Notice that Detroit is being left alone as far as we can tell?
That's where the Marijuana "monopoly" money is! I want to know just who paid off who to start with me as one of the congressional testifiers AGAINST the monopoly money backing and getting "their" bill passed? Just how did they get the State Police to back "their" bill? Well, we (myself and others on the side of caregiver to Disp. overage sales - etc.) got through to the Senate and they tabled the bill, killing it! The whole point of my posting this is to prove that big money is attempting a "MM takeover" of our state.....I got in their way and now look at me!

The DHS is supplying assistance in electronic records being taken from the seized computers for tracking purchase and sales and with PC encryption defeating......I have heard rumors that they supplied undercover buyers to work with the locals - just a rumor in my book

The guy in Al Witts case did controlled buys on no less than 20 some northern Michigan outlets.

So do you think Jeh Johnson is funding this operation with DHS funds to overcome Congress's repeated acts banning the USAG from using taxpayer funds to conduct raids and stings in medical marijuana states? Or are they just trying to use the cover of "National Security" to avoid public transparency? This would explain the media blackout
I couldn't say.........After being actually charged and the Lawyer can look at everything. I might know more on that.

That's the same here - "controlled buys"........I had what I thought was an "understanding" with the local DA and the townships involved.....State police were there and I had not seen or heard from them since opening.

i doubt they would "GLADLY" take $200 if they've been doing this for more then 4 years.. probably "forced to take $200 so they can keep the lights on because its the best deal because the MJ economy is skewed all to hell" is a better way to put it

anyone thats been around this industry for even 3 years remembers the $300 min days... hell i got $400 from a middle man as a grower for the first couple batches he wad getting $20 a G and happy to pay $400... THATS STILL $120 IN HIS POCKET FOR MAKING A TRADE! get it done in an hour and you just made $120 in an hour...

this monster paying $175 and getting $520 is just that... a monster taking advantage of a crooked law that keeps the caregivers down with fear and forces us to have to bow down to some greed monster with a storefront.
Fast forward...here in Northern California...shop owners want to pay us growers 50.00 per OZ..and they grab $3584.00 per pound.

It seems like every 6 months or so all the dispensos in the state or just one particular county gets raided and shut down. Then they just rinse and repeat.

Has anyone heard of caregivers or patients growing getting harassed with bull shit "compliance check"? Or any other shit from this recent push against our community?

Please join us if you can at the "stop the raids rally and press conference" being held on the front steps of the capital in Lansing, Michigan Tuesday March 22nd from noon to 2PM.

This shit must stop!

Agreed on the " must stop" part..but I got a different approach, nobody renews cards n goes back ten years ago..no revenue for the state, none..all black market transactions NO cards for anybody. The state is either with us or against us, after they lose tens of millions this year maybe they rethink their position on the fence.

I am a disabled vet using marijuana medicinally. As a medicinal marijuana patient I am no longer a slave to the medical establishment and their opiates. My family and I thank God daily that I never suffered from the addictions we've witnessed so many lose their lives to. That would have only added to the pain never addressed with opiates to begin with. We are a small family of two vets struggling to pay our bills day by day and raise a young daughter. We've never applied for SS and/or VA benefits regardless of our qualifications because we worry about pushing out those in more desperate need of help as waste and fraud exploit those safety nets. Our healthcare costs are incredible and medicinal marijuana above and beyond that make it near impossible to get by. We just cannot afford to have our home raided or to be drug into court, nor is that threat acceptable.

Both my wife and I are military vets living with a young daughter and dogs. I honestly could not imagine how we would react to being awaken by gunfire. Can you even imagine what would be said about us and our service to this nation in the media reports following, especially with no mmj defense ...

These raids need to stop, and even March 22nd would be too late!
