I start to smell mine strong about the second week of veg. They will stink the entire way during flower.

Our plant didn't seem to smell up the closet wasn't until ~ 4th week of 12/12. Before then you had to put your nose to the flower to get a whiff.

Im sure they already smell but your so use to the way your surroundings smell your not noticing them. Id just throw them into flower. The majority of the smell wont start happening until theres trichomes formed on them. keep your fans from hitting them directly to keep the smell down to.

You should be fine, you won't actually develop buds until the third week anyways and the smell will only begin to get stronger as the buds start to grow out. Until then, they'll smell the same as during veg... Progressively getting stronger the further into flower you are. I'd flip them and get the party started.

I always seem too notice my plants smell 3 to 4 weeks into vegging. I describe it as a very "green" planty smell, not like weed but anyone can tell somethings growing. Thats when I kick on the carbon filter. Smell will only grow by the week. Be sure to get a speed controller to slow the carbon filter down, and scrub the air better.

Agreed with Truckstop, you should be okay. My plants aren't usually that smelly until the last 2-3 weeks until harvest. But I don't run any odor control, unfortunately.

How many many plants are in flower? Is the room sealed or open? Don't get too paranoid with odor control if you have a few plants to work with.

One more question about smell guys.
before i order the wrong filter and inline fan
How strong should my inline be to scrub my tent (how many cfms)
Im gonna flower 2 plants under a 400w cooltube in a 32"x32"x63" tent
i am not sure weather to get
a 190cfm and filter combo

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004Q2ER5C?cache=689dd870c2aa5fd16cdbfb88ca4d90d3#ref=mp_s_a_1_2&qid=1393884140&sr=8-2

or get the 440cfm fan and filter??

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0052ZPMAG/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1393884218&sr=8-1

im not 100%sure but i figure i have about 50 sq feet

I have a 4x4x6.5 and got the 440. I figure more is better than less as it can be turned down with a controller but not up. A controller can be used to save the filters lifespan as well as the fan. I'd go big or go home. Just my opinion though. Smell is never a good thing if its not a legal open so I'd rather spend more and be sure than less and end up with to small a filter and fan then have to spend even more to get the right gear.

You have 37.33 CF in that tent. The 190 CFM fan will suck the walls in even with a speed controller on low. I believe I have the same fan and filter (from a different supplier) for my 2'x4'x5' tent and it is more than enough turned way down.

Unless you plan to expand the space soon.

If it sucks the walls in you need more intake. Not a hard problem to solve. Mire airflow is better as long as the plants are standing strong and not toppled over.

So a 440cfm will suck in my walls and be over kill even with a speed control
wat if i put a 185cfm intake at bottom vent i have an extran one i was gonna use for my cooltube
but i figure with the 440 i can scrub and keep air flowing through cool tube to keep temps down

i was thinking of getting the 190 but wat if its not enough...
