    Yeah man I know how you feel. Wish they lived longer than ten or fifteen years. They are family members in every respect only they don't outstay their welcome. I hope there is a place for them in heaven. I miss them all.

    Honestly, I hold my dogs ashes and take him places with me. I wanted to spread his ashes last year, but I can not bear to know that I am letting him go. And even as I write this I get misty knowing that I can only pet him in dreams. He was a great companion and my best friend.

    Awesome, my dog Cody was a special lil guy, he gave me much joy. He is now deceased, suffered from gut problems his last six months. His memory lives on.
