I've been finding that alot of people are experiencing premature flowering this year. I wonder if its due to the fact that they were started underneath indoor lighting, thus making them a faster grow, then the transition to outdoor, the plants are sped up in growing still, forcing an earlier flower. I think that would be the same amount of time to flower under indoor lights.
You see, outdoor plants that are started outdoors are lazier, and grow more slowly than indoor plants.
If you see them shooting hairs, I would bring them indoor and force vegetation, then bring them back out. But be aware that this can cause your plants stress

im pretty sure for the most part they were vegged when they were inside the stalk has good amount of crystalls (as of right now) and branches in between branches i topped the one at its 5th node and it branched into two stalks and i topped the two stalks again after they grew a little over a foot after the first topping (that strain is earlygirl skunk crossbreed with white widow 100% feminized seed)and then the other plant i topped it around its 11th or 12th node it was about 2 1/2 feet tall when i topped it (this plant i got the seed from dank ass bud i was smoking) and the plants are super healthy also im growing it in newyork so im thinkin maybe there gunna get huge and bud in late july or august

actually ive been reading up a little and do you think i should cover my plants with a black sheet to force earlier flowering and if i do cover them since i live on the east coast generally it gets fully dark at 9:00 and sun rises around 5:30 what time should i put the black sheet and cover them and what time should i take it off. help appreciated thankyou
