Prominent Climate Scientist: Glaciers Will Melt Faster

It was a joke. He asked you where it was from and you said the internet. Being that he was probably hoping you would reference what legit source you got it from.

To me the photo looks Photoshopped but I could be wrong. I think the picture is a bit ironic.

Im not saying that global warming isnt true. On the other hand Im not saying it is. This world is full of misconceptions and half truths its really hard to believe any "real" source, since so many lie to you.

Does the weather seem different lately? Yeah, I would say so. Is this due to global warming? I dunno... If all the CO2 gasses stopped today and we started heavily replanting the world, would that change anything? I dunno. The world has been gradually warming up for centuries.

Well lets get back on subject. The man asked for a photo, so please provide. I to would to like to see a legit, cited photo.

It is art. It conveys a message. The message is that people have their heads in the sand. That's all the picture is. On that note, if you do like art, you might want to go check out Venice, I hear it's one of the most historic places which is currently at a very high risk of being lost.

Back to the real subject, it is not so hard to believe a real source. We're talking about a well studied scientific phenomenon and there are thousands of well qualified experts and figurative mountains of data on this subject. Science is objective and the peer review process is usually pretty good aside from several publications. Did you know that there is a consensus among scientists that back the theory of anthropogenic global warming? Now that isn't to say that consensus has anything to do with science, but that so many experts through scientific means have the same conclusions. None of them contradict the theory. That's why it's a theory, just like evolution and gravity.

Blah blah blah, that is not evidence.. That is pictures of floods which have happened since the beginning of time.. All the sudden every weather event is Global Warming or Man Made.. That is called weather which is very much different than climate.

All of which is true, and therefore worthy of study. Based on such study as has been carried out thus far, anthropogenic global warming is as real to modern science as gravity.

Don't believe it? Just try proving how SEVEN BILLION PEOPLE could somehow NOT manage to affect climate in the slightest? See how the reverse argument is completely ridiculous?

Exactly.

Lmao, I just wanted to know where the picture was taken. It looks like it's eastern European.

The idea of MMGW has been around for a while. Have any of you had to move your beach homes back from the surf line? There is a peninsula by me that is probably 1 ft above sea level. That town looks the same as it did 15 years ago. NYC was supposed to be Atlantis by now,, I'll believe it when I see it and until then I'll be doing my part to conserve and protect the Earth as much as I can.
Obviously, you don't understand the tactics of Eco-Loons. The manufactured, impending disasters that are ALWAYS the result of Big Oil (shocking), must remain 50-100 years away. That way, if nothing is done and no disaster ensues, the proponents are likely dead or in a nursing home somewhere and aren't forced to answer for their intentional deception.

Conversely, if they get their wet dream of legislation and the fictional disaster never materializes (like it wouldn't have anyways), their mongoloid liberal progeny can claim victory. It's only possible if the populace becomes increasingly shallow, hauntingly naive and possesses the memory of a Mayfly.

"it's an intentional deception!", claims the guy who says that global warming is a hoax to funnel money to the third world, the same theory KKK grand wizard david duke espouses.

Still waiting for a peer reviewed study contradicting the theory of anthropogenic climate change.

And there it is.. If you don't believe in the communist power grab called "Climate Change" then you may very well be a RACIST... Not only are you racist, but you are an antivaccer, science denier, racist.. The worst kind..

I am sure that humans affect climate. To what extent I do not know. I think the claims are a bit outrageous We should make every attempt to protect the earth and all things living. Even air traffic affects local climate.
If it's man causing the problem then we should curb population. The Pope, instead of calling for world government, should state the obvious, that countries should maybe think about birth control as an option. Nope he won't do that. That would degrade the church's influence.

Holy shit, Nazi's used jet engines! THAT MEANS JET ENGINES ARE NAZI'S!!!!

Von Braun built the V2 and also built the Saturn V, Oppenheimer built the Nuke, does that mean America and everything we've done is now tainted because we murdered 220,000 innocent people when dropping the bombs?

You're not worth the oxygen you steal

I don't understand why the Koch brothers are so anti pot; growers are one of the largest users of the coal fired electricity Duke Energy sells!
