Millennials are one of the most politically active groups since Vietnam because we're sick and tired of the bullshit our parents accepted and we have the strongest ability to fight back in history with the internet. Other than that minor slip up, I agree with you. The generation that brought us pensions as a business model and public sector collective bargaining has put the rest of us in a giant hole. It may not be your generation Pad, probably the one after, but paying for the good intentions of past generations is going to bring massive trauma. We are going to show Greece how to really riot.
Legacy costs are around 40% of Detroit's police department. I bet they wish they could rethink that and use that money to actually make the city safer.
So yes, the generation that brought us SSI, medicare/caid and public pensions have screwed over your generation. I'm glad you understand this (sarcasm).
