The morning of March 13th is the last date in the court room. Should we expect the jury to release the judgement later that day or will we be held to wait...like always.

It was stated earlier a few pages back that we might not hear a judgement until June.

JW is not listed on the witness list. He is not one of the four main plaintiffs.

June eh, thats quite a wait. I remember Conroy saying this in a update awhile back. Worst case we can grow until June. I also heard from early injunction days that if we loose the trial we are allowed a appeal witch should cover for another year.

None of that is written in stone.
Appeals can be made up until the Supreme Court, but the injunction requires a renewal if I'm not mistaken. I don't think that's an automatic process.

Yeah i was confused too and didnt make full sence of it. But on a possitive note i heard it from a club supplier and a hydro store owner that would have no way of knowing eatchother so there must be something to the appeal i dont know yet. Lets not think appeal, lets think victory :)

Even if this goes in our favour, the government, God forbid Harptler, would, have the right to appeal...I just don't know if they'd want to waste taxpayer money appealling against sick people again ( sarcasm )....I like your spirit bigman...and I think you may be right odd...maybe our lawyer friend could, pop in and explain if the injunction would still be in place if decision appealed.....notjustaprettyface are you out there?

But is it something we'd have to go to court to argue again or would it be a continuation of the what's currently in place?

both...you go to argue it to be able to continue...until all the appeals are exhausted and then that's the final decision...could take years & years

To be frank though, they can also decide not to renew the injunction.
I assume they'll give it another 12 months.
