These also had a couple weeks of help from T5HOs, but were vegged under (and will finish under) 100% LED.

Nice work. Obviously you are able to grow under LED. Don't know if you are doing hydro or soil/soil less mix. Perhaps you would consider writing up a grower's guide for LED. There is such a learning curve for LED someone should take the time to write a nice guide up and save a lot of folks the heartbreak and trouble of adapting to growing under LED. I have leaned that it is most certainly a horse of a different color. Congrats on a very nice gro.

I run white 2-gallon hempy buckets filled with coco coir and either a perlite or rockwool filled resi in the bottom 3 inches. Holland's secret line from future harvest according to their feed chart. I also use full-strength CaliMagic from GH (1-1-1) so only put in 75% of the grow nutrient. I got a few "claws" before I started doing that.

That atomic looks nice and tasty. I can almost smell the fruity purple from here. Glad to see some more solid results from the DS XMLs. I almost went with one of them before going DiY.

Thanks, it is pretty tasty, actually not very fruity, hard to describe kind of earthy. The Shishkaberry I grew is nice and fruity, but the plant barely made it, definitely not bud porn worthy :P Smokes up pretty good but yield was poor.

I've been happy with the lights but that was my first run, current run looking to be better.

Yours are looking very nice as well, and your light setup looks pretty sweet. Man I really need to use imgur these tiny pictures suck.

Ok, here's a fruit from my micro-cabinet.

This is my first flower run with this light - really struggled to beat a sulfur/magnesium/potassium deficiency. Turns out I probably fed 4-5 times as much as similar plant under fluorescent.

Look at dat cheeky sawtooths going everywhere - gonna cut something lol.



Mandala Ganesh - in 4l soil
~100W of Vero power a 20cm above (V18 @ 1660mA in 3000k and 3500k)

Not too long to run now - maybe a week? Buds are hard.

Beautiful work - would love to see them at chop. You've fed them perfectly

very nice pics. I was bitchin about a led the other night on here. my problem is all I know is hps cfl and mh . and those we place them as close as possible as long as it don't burn its perfect. the led I had the same distance 10 inches away no growth at all. so I bitched about it and try again moved them to 3 feet away flooding a large area and its growing nicely .

Gonna post pics when she is trimmed without any fan leaves or anything, and then when she is stripped of the buds with just the stem structure left. It should look pretty wild.

Yea it has something to do with the spectrum mixing I believe. You can see if you put your hand right under the led's a bunch of different colors but as you move your hand down, it gets purpleish white. Ive noticed that the max LUX generated on a shelf of my t5 ho's at 5000 lumens each bulb 6 bulbs, is like 30,000lux. Adn that is almost touching the bulbs. the buds on the plant I posted are getting between 27,000-50,000 while staying basically as cool as the air in the room. Hopefully the buds will be denser than with t5's at aroudn 90+F o_O
