a resume with black sounding name gets half the consideration that the same exact resume with a white name gets. and that's just where it starts.

One time i was in this work study thing when i started college. And i was a dishwasher in the cafeteria thing there. This guy asked whyi was working there ...he made it like it was cause i was white, and whitepeople dont do those sorts of jobs

If you traded in Cheetohs and had people you liked trading with, but there were also some people you didn't want to trade with, like say me, should I be able to go to your property and force you to trade with me? Do you have the right to refuse me entry to your property?

Also, altering your example a bit, what if a black guy didn't want to trade his cheetohs with you, does he have the right to determine the use of his own property and who he will interface with?

I'm growing potatoes now, thanks for the reminder to go and mulch them. What do you do to feed yourself? Tin cup? Pencils?

But that's the mentality of America towards anyone who has to overcome any issue...pull yourself up and work harder and if you can't oh well we'll just step over you on our way to the top..whether it's racial, economic or physical adversity..just work harder and you'll overcome it....there is just an overall lack of empathy for fellow man.
