i remeber a little while back there was some discussion on poppies. I am growing a few, but they havent popped yet. I was wondering if anyone on here has pictures of progressive growth that they could post up?

thanks for the link to erowids, been there... I just needed to see some pics of just veg growth or sprouts or something with the veg coming out of the ground.
I planted mine a while back, but they look funny, like weeds and Im wondering if I got burned at the source...

Hahahah
I prefer poppy seed bagels, hehehe
Seriously, I never tried growing poppies before.
Last season I grew some California poppies, but they did not like the location I put 'em in,
I don't know anything about the poppies that might produce an illicit substance....? Or do they.....:?:

poppies are a wonderful addition to any flower garden. :)

i've got several blooming now. the flowers only last a day or two but they're really pretty. the petals are like silk.

there's a couple shots from last week in my gallery. need to get some new ones.

yeah, killer, those look good. i've got some seedlings and some pods - the whole range. will try to get some pics this week.

yours are prob getting that bitter smell by now aren't they? when i walk to my patch it reeks. it's an earthy, bitter smell...very unique.

never use the O. word Zeke. only Papaver somniferum or poppy. i'm sure rollitup doesn't want his site coming up in those kinds of searches. google is your friend.
