there used to be many more blacks on the show..i'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's the actors they hire..therefore, you would need 2 more blacks per 10 walkers to get to that 30%.

TV still uses "Star Trek" actors. You see, Star Trek had lots of black actors do bit parts, except every one of them dies, except Uhura,of course, she was the Token black lady, and she was fine too. So if you see an attractive black female on the show, she will probably stay around for a while, the black males all die.
