Please please help..

Hello everyone.. So today i'm starting on day 16 of flower with 6 lovely ladies under a 1000 watt 5x5..But recently as there buds have been forming... (the first sign was right before the switch) 3 out of 3 of them seem to have been affected a little by something. The smaller or lower cola sighs stopped forming new leaves and became slightly yellow/brown small and dry.. I have them in a scrog setup so the ones i'm talking about are getting light, however, the main or bigger colas of them are growing just fine it and they look beautiful the white pistols are shooting out and buds are forming nicley but the other ones just the tippy top of them look somewhat okay, then where the buds grow on the node are not growing and if they shot any pistils out they look a little brownish. I don't know what to think now really.. It is my first grow any help would be absoulutley amazing.. Thanks i'm going to post pics asap.

Okay so heres a pic of one of them. The main colas to the outside look great but towards the center is not so good. It's a white skunk plant

Can you define what day 16 of flower is? Is that 16 days from flip to 12/12 or 16 days since you saw flower development?

Overall, they look about the same as mine and I'm on day 15 since flip. The stretch should be slowing at this point. I see some clawing which is always troublesome. What's your humidity like? Specifically nighttime humidity?

They're 16 days from 12/12 flip, they are stretching which is good.. But some of the ones like in the pics above arent and the flower development just doesnt look healthy comapared to the bigger colas. The humidity isnt very stable the last 24 hours was I think 80% high and 30% low

You gotta keep that humidity down or that's gonna cause you problems. Target no higher than 50-55% in flower understanding it fluctuates. Lower is better without going too low. IMO below 30% for long periods is a little too low. Also, you might want to get a little N in their diet or that yellowing will continue to worsen. (assuming I'm seeing yellowing in those pictures)

1. Plants overall don't look too bad.
2. The stretch will start to wane at this point so that is to be expected.
3. IMO, get a wee bit of N in there to keep your leaves green and functioning properly. (better pics would sort that out)
4. Get that night time humidity down before it cause issues.
5. If you want some of that lower growth to take off give those apicals (leading tips) a little pinch up towards the top. DONT PINCH IT OFF. Just a little crush of the stem at the first point from the top you can get your thumb and forefinger around. (one or two nodes from the tip) This helps to redirect the auxins to other/lower tips.

Use suggestion 5 with extreme caution. If you decide to try it remember it needs 4 - 7 days to heal depending on how aggressive you are with the stem. Some my argue this point but in my experience it works well.

Can you get any pictures with your light out?

Good luck.

Yeah they overall don't look bad, they have very few yellow leaves. The only thing that seems wrong is the flower development. A nice healthy normal developing flower should have white pistils shooting out and it should be green even the smaller branches. The problem is only the main colas are doing that, the rest of the plant looks healthy but then looking where the buds should be developing they look yellow and crusty with no pistils. There isn't much problem with the large fan leaves or single leaves it's only the flowers that seem unhealthy.

The flowers look alot better on camera for some reason but some of them just seem unhealthy.. Maybe i'm just paranoid but compared to all the cannabis i've seen something seems/feels wrong.

I'm using general organics grow and bloom with cal-mag. About 3-4 tsp of the bloom and 1 tsp of cal mag every 2 waterings. I think my water is just coming from the city water, i'm in soil.
I went to the garden store not too long ago and showed them these pictures along with some others and instantly they said it was "russet mites" the symptoms seem pretty spot on they're little pests that have no webs or anything they are extremely small and they attack during the flowering stage. Supposedly they have been around a lot in my area people have been coming in like crazy getting spray for them. So they hooked me up with what they think will help, i'm just gonna follow what they say and pray...

Ya there's something wrong. Ive never had russet mites but i hear they are the shittiest thing to have. Id skim the search on russet mites and probably burn everything to the ground if its them. Whats the growing medium?

They were just more of basicly the same pics you didn't really miss anything orbo ;) ... I've been doing some looking around as well. The garden guys gave me some "flying skull nuke em" organic insecticide I read up on it a bit and have seen good reviews on it, espically for russet mites. It's an intense application then a weekly preventative afterwards.. I usually don't like the idea of spraying cannabis but aghh i've got to or else ill loose my babies. I had no idea that they are supposedly so prominent in my area, guess i'll be keeping this stuff handy from now on just in case. Their first spray was last night another one today then a weekly and hopefully they will be on their way to getting nice a fat :)
