Please help wiTh a grow box

Ok so I really want to grow my first plant... I'm not growing for a big harvest of for sale or anything like that I want to purely for watching it grow and if I get a gram or two I'll be happy I just need 1 plant.

I have a small rectangular box about a fOot high, a foot back. And a couple inches wide... I have 2 small fans in it for intake and exauhst.. Are there some very small type of lights I could use to fit and the box is metal btw.

I would reall like someone to help with this and please don't tell me to go with something bigger because that option is not available..



This is all for the hell of growing a little plant to call mine

No it's not I just said computer for u to imagine what I have .. Picture half the front and like 2/3 of the side

Could someone reply please all I really need to know is what type if light and reflecting materials to put inside this small narrow space

I just started a similar project, i reckon i have a bigger space than what u have mentioned, and i use a 125 watt cfl bulb, blue for veg stage, then i will get a red one when it starts flowering

Sounds small dude. Only a couple inches wide?

You need like 1 foot by 1 foot for one plant to get big, and about 2 feet high to be able to grow something reasonably decent after you subtract the pot height.

But it could work, Use a couple CFL bulbs hung up in the corners and you should have plenty of light in there.

It seems like a good idea just to have one little plant to take care of and produce something for yourself. But you definitely need some space for it to grow.

Just remember when you play with one plant its a 50/50 shot you'll get a male unless you have fem seeds.

You can always go to Home Depot or whatever and just buy a big cardboard box and cut a door into it and wire in everything you want.

thank you both so much for your responses..getting the seeds will be a challenge for me since i live in the us and dont know anyone selling seeds i might just have to keep buying bags and hoping there will be a seed in there.

i think i will try that set up i will post up the pics hopefully this weekend for you guys to see
