mahlye..... some explanation would be nice....analysis you know.... reasons....if your gonna do a post you need to back it up with evidence.... for instance your gay or like chick flicks or it wasnt that sophisticated...you know.... I mean how slow do you type????... you spent an almost two hours of your time watching the movie at least spend two minute elaborating on why it sucked.....goooooosh!!! you suck....lol

I went to the movie high out of my mind and almost threw up watching the first scene of the movie (from laughing). then the movie had it's good parts and the action was a surprise. but most of all I hated the music it really annoyed me. then I didn't like how it was more action then comedy, the movie wasn't that funny. it didn't keep me very interested and killed my high. overall it was entertaining but not worth the money to go see. like I said, if I didn't have to pay...it would be all good

It was good to me not great... the movie didnt have any integrity.... the actor tried to bring the movie to life but at other times it seemed to far fetched and kind of stupid(i like stupidthough).... some how seth rogan kept it good as well as the other main charachters (red and seths drug dealer)....sometimes i felt like i wanted to take the movie seriously but the actors were too goofy.... it would have been better if they didnt cast comedians to play serious roles.....overall it was a major pot movie that potheads should enjoy(seth is alway smokin joints through the entire movie).... I love movies that are filled with great dialouge... and seth gives all his movies this chill feel good vibe where even in times when things are serious humor is present....so overall id have to say 8/10 stars... oh yeah and what happpened with the gf????? that sucks for her...

what a setup in the movie, and it was a funny flic....I gotta tell ya the plants looked fake as shit lol
I thought the movie was funny, but never stomach-hurting, out of breath, crying laughing. It's partly that their humor has gotten a bit old to me, it's the same bag of tricks. Didn't anyone see the likeness of the homo-erotic comedy to that in Superbad? Or the ridiculous nonsense humor? It's all funny stuff signature of Judd Apatow or w/e his name is and seth rogen and all that crew, but signature humor=boring humor, and they are starting to look like one trick ponies. I didn't like Step Brothers that much for the same reason, although I liked PE way more than step brothers. At times PE also seemed like a plot that revolved around jokes, not jokes that went with a compelling plot. It was hard for me to get into the actual story sometimes, which never fails to kill a movie for me. But it seems that most comedies are like this these days. But it's good for a laugh, and probably better when you're high (I wasn't). Maybe worth your money in theaters.

There is alot of action at the end but its alway accompanied with comedy... i think the problem was that it really wasnt belivable...kind of too stoopid at some points...but most people like the beggining on here cause thats when they were most stoned.... ya dig overall funny throughout..... worth 10 dollars.

coulda been some dense ass shit lol..idkit was funny as fuck......too bad the grow setup looked a little too fake i think they could have done a better job on the leaves of the plants cuz they didnt look like marijuana and all im just sayin they could have done a better job with that oh and then when dale buys a quarter of the pineapple express saul gives dale like a sack with a .5 nug wtf is that? they could done a better job but anyways it was still a bomb ass movie tho i was suprised too hear all those different strains.
