Get a lawyer man and don't tell the cops ANYTHING. Don't even talk to them, you don't have to. If they have questions tell them they can ask your lawyer. You have no idea what they have as far as evidence, probably not too much, Either way seek legal counsel instead of posting here.

Get a lawyer for what? Really though he aint being charged for shit, so why get one? Chalk that shit up, and go about your buis. point blank and deny everything. And another thing does your farmer know you? If so he could've wrote a statment saying he saw you carry your shit out there and bam. Your busted, and once again i call BULLSHIT.

I agree, I think the cops have nothing and are full of shit. I still talk to my lawyer in situations like this however. You are right if they actually had a witness you would be busted, I don't think they do.

You are inocent until proven guilty. Good advise here. Be respectful and tell the officer you respect him but you are in a hurry to finish a due school paper, go to work or something that appears of importance to your being a good person. Then tell him you have nothing to ad to the story. If he continues to threaten you ask him if you are under arrest (You are not or he would be in jail). Do not talk. Everything will be used against you. NO matter how buddy up the cop is he is only there to bust you. If it's easy for him to ad to his weekly call report of arrests he will take it. Most likely he will move on after the call. Maybe in a few days or week he will call back for some kind of confession. Remember he is like a sales guy. If your low hanging fruit and he can make a call for confession then he will take it. Be good and hopefully this will go away. Forget spending money on a lawyer until your arrested unless your have opened you mouth and admitted guilt. This is small stuff and he will move on most likely unless......several things like land owner continues to make a big deal out of it, officer needs a feather in his cap, doesn't have better things to do etc...ectc. as for the guy who got his shit found. DENY IT. cops are fucking 1-lasy ass pigs 2- they dont really give a shit, they are just fat old men with mustaches doing theyre job and probably wont fingerprint. 3-even if you deny it, and they did SOMEHOW go completley anal about some kid with plants and got prints, just tell them you denied it because you were so very awfully afraid of being ass raped in jail "i've heard so many stories about jail, i could never handle it there, i dont want to be raped" then cry. i was once in a bit of hot water and i just cried like a little girl. and denied everything. when the cop asked why i was crying, i just said, i cant go to jail, i couldnt handle it, and i didnt even do it, then after saying i didnt even do it, i cried even harder. after a two hour interigation in the back of the cruiser the oinkies let me go and i laughed all the way home.

but safer than sorry is always the best answer. never take risks like that. leaving your stuff in the field. and for future illegal things you might do. meditate on a plan for a long time. if you are gonna grow weed somewhere, you should know every possible angle where you can be seen! farmers especially are fucking animals, they are all fucking ass kissing law abiders and are all dicks because they a) are rich and snobby (at least where i live) b) most farmers are the kind of kids in school that do all their homework, are basically inbred in a christian regime of a home. these people never really experience or understand life and are very sour and will tattle on every little thing they ever can.

i agree. a police report is the equivalent of a cops homework. and if you've noticed most cops tend to be pretty dumb and or brainwashed. (weak minded) i dont know too many people that would just sit and do their homework for a minor weed bust. unless he is texas walker. and peoplealways remember to deal with your plants sober esp with outdoor growing!!! you are grounded from gettin high until this mess clears up man.

SMtF guess your from a small town. In most cases you do not even bother to report a window car break in as it is pointless unless it was a great deal of money or gear taken. Under $1000 worth of damage and theft why report it as the cops won't investigate it and if you turn it into your insurance you just cost yourself a ton of money for the deductable and you just rasied your own rates so the typical persona would not make a report and thats a known fact yewah some bummble fuck would make a report if they were a little slow so that shoots your idea of a back story being dumb. And the recipt guess your not a fast thinker. you get your reciept and have it handy and quick scan on the computer. Right to any common editing program cut the date use the numbers on the recipt make the date to what you need 3 days before or week earlier or whatever paste in to where the origianl date was print that and then go make a xerox copy so the quality drops just enough and that my friend is for your own records on file. That is now a good proven backup for the story you give and you have proof. Sorry didnt think i had to lay it out exactly I guess I just run with a more creative crew then yours. It has worked many times before for many situation. The cups with prints you ask. There were cups and gatorade in the bag that was taken as its your sports bag and also had your gym clothes in it. To be quilty you have to prove this was not true. Your confidence and preparedness are what save you. Always prepare as if the worst will happen so you are ready for it.
