Last time I checked the trichromes were attached to the plant, so who put them there? The trichrome fairy, I want to meet her. This is just such an obscene and skewed interpretation that I can't believe that it will stand. I think it's pretty clear the useable definition of dry leaves and flowers was to keep people from being railroaded for a wet plant that's going to lose 80% + of it's weight.

I don't believe that all local authorities would consider confiscation along the roadway. hopefully most of them would follow these michigan mmj laws and leave citizens and their medicine alone assuming they had their medical card.

However MSP have been taking any cannabis product they run across so keep it tucked away. I don't really know if a directive has been issued for sure, but this has been the situation I've heard a few stories about regarding msp.

general consensus has been the SC will overturn but only in part... and probably not in our favor.

Fuck the system in general , I get so tired of the yo-yo effect with our legislation and courts . It is as bad as the fucking gas prices and the bullshit behind it . FFS this shit is getting old and we have gotten nowhere . Ohhhh we'll be hitting the court houses alright........... Problem is we will be on the wrong side of the door......

First they have a fit and say people are getting the card for things other than wellllll let's say cancer....... Then they rule that the most effective method for CANCER PATIENTS is not protected by the card. Makes alot of sense........ I once said the card was nearly useless but then someone reminded me that it is good for scraping things like dry ice hash, so I stand corrected......
