It's funny the jacket ad disappeared but not surprising
Pretty (not) well thought out advertising on PN part
This kind of advert went so far as to try and link 420 stoner holiday with a buy now special for med patients and special pricing
Just too weird

Not too sure if I'm in the right forum, but I've been with (unfortunately) Peace Naturals since December. Biggest mistake ever! I could go on and on about all the bad experiences with them since I started, but, my main focus, is the quality of their products. In a nut shell....shit! At any given time, your lucky if they have more than 4 strains available, and 2 of them are pre-milled, leafy garbage. They make their site all glorified & make themselves sound great....until they have your license!! Very crappy strains, constant excuses, endless waits on the line trying to speak to a human, if your not happy once your with them, it's too bad so sad. You will have to go thru your Dr again, as they will NOT return your license. I received my license in November, yet with all the dicking around PNP does, it wasn't until mid February when I got my first shipment in. When I have to renew in November I will be going with a more reliable company that have quality product in stock at all times. Right now they are offering crap only, therefor, I may not even be able to place an order this month at all. Even if a good strain comes available, within a couple hrs, the on-line ordering has taken it all up. If you are covered by Veteran's Affairs of anybody else, you get to play with their answering machines, as we are NOT entitled to place on-line orders like the paying customers and are lucky if you get a call back within 8 hrs, only to tell you, "sorry, nothing left". Excuses, excuses, is all this company comes up with. If there are any newbies reading this, stay away from Peace Naturals!!!! You will be left frustrated and stressed out to the max each month, as well as greatly disappointed with their products!!!!

Its posts like yours Cynthia, that makes us fight even harder to get proper medication produced.
Piece of shit nature has been in the business since the MMAR and has been producing shwag medication for years. At reasonable prices????
Now it has spit itself in two separate companies, in order to reek cash rewards, from over charging patients to get rich, in order to sell their inferior medication. It's not even considered medication by most patients, so you are not alone. It's just your Governments way of saying that they like it when you are sick. It makes them rich!

Cynthia, Sorry you got caught by them. Hopefully for your sake, there should be better LP's to get your medication from. Unfortunately you're made to suffer until that time.

The New system doesn't figure sick people into the deal.

Cynthia, sorry to hear about your experience with PNP.
It is complete bullshit.
Why won't they let Vets place online orders?...I understand that the payment is made by Veterans Affairs, but isn't money money?

because it's not setup through there online checkout, as you can't use a standard checkout .... where's the extra button for vet's? that would cost extra.... ya know it's not like they couldn't have a "other box" where ya could put your DVA number or nothing *hint*hint*.... but again it would cost money.
they want money not have to spend it

Before I received VAC coverage, I was paying cash & ordering on-line without a problem. They have been saying since the end of Feb that they will eventually have the system set up for the ones with coverage, but to date, we are still call in only. I'm not a computer programmer, but it's not rocket science to set this up to be more user friendly for their covered patients. I played the pill game for 5 yrs only to be deemed not suitable for any med without horrible side effects. Medical marijuana is my LAST hope in finding some pain relief and to be able to sleep more than 2 -3 hrs a night. Not one order from PNP could be deemed suitable for sleep. Not 1. Three strains are available, not 1 over 9%. Disgusting is what comes to mind. I don't go to the pharmacy to pick-up a prescription, only for them to tell me, so sorry, but we could only give you half, too bad so sad for the rest of it. If I am unhappy with a pharmacy, I can easily transfer all my prescriptions to another store, no problem no questions asked, yet, my license for medical marijuana....it's a no go, you have to go back to your Dr and start over again. :( Sooooo sad! Frustrated, stressed to the max on order day, so much so that I am in tears at times and shaking like a leaf.

Once again sorry you have to go through that crap..... but your not alone as many on here are in your boat. Now being a veteran you could ask DVA " I will pay for it myself and send you the receipt... this way I can order it online like everyone else, they should give you that option ... then send in your receipt and get reimbursed..... I know it's a hassle but if you want to return to the quick order system that's what I would do. Also I would go to your doctor get him / her to sign a few more different LP forms ASAP, this way you can change... once again a big hassle but would you rather have a better LP than to stick with guys that are burning you at every turn? have to stand up to LP's and drop them.... don't tell them as they don't require you to quit to go with another LP.... if you have signed with more than one ... you can order meds from whom ya choose just don't go over your grams/per day in a month.... no need to split up your script between all LP's as you can have full scripts with all of them.... just like I said don't be that first one and go over ... who knows if they will ban you from taking MMJ... I would not want to be the first

Thanks for the info. I will arrange to get a new LP form signed & just go elsewhere. I didn't realize I was allowed to have 2 LP's. Glad to know & thank-you for the info. Very valuable. PNP said that I cannot switch back to paying now that they have me set up in their system. Why...I'm not too sure. It seems everybody I talk to there has different answers. I would just as well by pass the bs excuses and be able to place a peaceful order for once.

you can get all of them if your doc wants to fill out 13 LP forms... stupid one form doesn't work for all ... I know

the paying bullshit is just that, slip of the keyboard... but you should able to order with money... hahaha tell them DVA no longer will pay for your MMJ that may convince the bastards

don't forget if you have questions about this new crappy system ..... there's a lot of good info on this forum(patients area) and a lot of knowledgeable ppl that have been there done that, to help you out and answer any questions. of course you have to decipher the right answers yourself but mostly you will get the right answer

So cool to know that this is here. I always said, knowledge is the key, unfortunately, I need to determine that knowledge off an LP's site, is not all it is cracked up to be. I am just finding the whole process very frustrating & time consuming. I hate dealing with the phone, and especially one that I'm on hold for, forever, then to be transferred to a voice mail saying, due to high caller volume we cannot answer your call at this time. The same message, month after month with no signs of improvement. :( I envision a small room with 10 people answering the phones, when there should be 30. lol In a perfect world, maybe.

So, how do I go about getting one from VAC? Do I phone my area case worker, VAC themselves? I would so prefer a vaporizer over anything else. I do have one, but it broke and the company won't honor the life time warranty without a receipt. It was a gift, no receipt was included under the Christmas tree that year. Santa must have forgotten. lol

probably they have many customers like yourself calling to complain, which ties up the line for everyone. surprised with the advent of something called email, they would provide a email address for certain patients to order from. but like most corporate companies why waste their time with things such as that because you can stay on hold for hours..... money is king and consumers are always last in the corporate world

call DVA ask to speak with medical equipment procurement... they will probably call you back...get preauthorized to purchase a vape.... they may require your doctor to send them a letter stating why and under what circumstances you require it, I would let the doctor know that burn of MMJ in a smokable joint is releasing carcinogens into your lungs like tobacco and a vape 'in it does not release said bad stuff only vapour as it doesn't burn the MMJ but heats it enough to release the medicinal vapours for your relief, you know DVA they are sticklers for proper paperwork.... but hey it saves ya like $800 buckaroos you may want to find a place to buy it and how much it costs before you get the authorization
I would try and find this one
http://www.ccic.net/index.php?id=132,744,0,0,1,0
where you would get it ...not sure... someone else may know.... some LP's do sell them but ya have to sign up with them to get it... another scam to get patients for sure

I'm still in the process of even getting meds from an LP, quick access my ass!
