I would use it for intake. put it as low as possible. that thing will give you excellent flow and climate control. Then take the comp fan you are replacing and add it to the top with the other one for exhaust

WELL ALL I ACTUALLY HAVE is one pc fan for exhaust.. so your saying to just leave it there and to add this one as intake?

That's a nice little squirrel cage with a low profile housing, pretty rad. I'd use it for intake at the bottom of the box. Take two small PC fans and place them opposite corners in the top left & right hand sides for exhaust. Plus it pulls the air around inside the box, helps air flow/movement and also dissipates the oxygen & CO2 more evenly over the leaves. You don't wanna over do it with the windage... Good Luck!

thanks! but how would you install this bad boy?
It looks like your going to have to cut a hole and slot it in. I'd direct it towards the canopy of the plants and mount it outside the box. Blow fresh air in with that one(the small blower fan) and mount a 4" pc fan at about mid-plant level for the exhaust.

It wouldn't hurt to use two pc fans for exhaust as long as you use the blower to blow fresh air in with, I'm sure. You could try it the way that it is and later if you think it might help to port your exhaust at a lower level feel free to do so. The slightly thicker atmosphere this will produce in your grow box will make your plants more hardier and more robust.
