Are you sure what is your source? Everything I read from the Payson gazette indicated it was going to be much longer.
I was told by "insert source here" that they got their approval ONLY. I drive by there every day.I go in there.I know they are not ready yet but soon they will be.The front room is near complete.I doubt they will wait till they harvest to open the doors IMHO.Im sure, like others,at first they will sell donated meds which means they can open any day from what I understand. For someone dick broke like me who needs another year to stock up or die and can get their renewal as early as possible should do so regardless what I,little birdies or gazettes say....just fyi'ing bro

Uncle Herbs is the only dispensary selling infused ice cream, Young said. They already have half a million orders for the ice cream, primarily from other dispensaries.
I think this guys eaten too much of his own ice cream.

A buddy tried a $15 cup which supposedly has 2 grams infused in it which of course didnt do squat for him.

Initially, Uncle Herbs will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.
So the people of payson are restricted to getting all their meds from this place which is only open for 18 hrs a week! seems a little ridiculous that they aren't more accessible, considering that they took grow rights away from everyone in a 25 mile radius.

well said. i believe some walgreens are open 24-7. once again, im hearing lots of' i hate the dispensaries'. then i see this...

Thinking a trip to Payson for Ice Cream might be in order.

$15 for 2 grams. someone should go in there and ask for just those 2 grams and see what you get.
great idea i just may do that
you should all make up you minds once and for all. if you dont like the dispensaries, dont patronize them. simple. no customers, no money. no money...wait for it... no dispensary.
so to all those that hate them but go to them anyways; no sympathy.

I thought they had to be open a minimum of 30 hours per week to lose your grow rights.

What do you think is going to happen once all the dispensaries are open and the AZDHS cross references purchase records? Are they then going to look at someone like myself who has in 3 years never stepped into a dispensary let alone purchased any medicine according to the system? Is that going to be enough evidence for a judge to sign a warrant to have my place searched for a grow? I have to be getting that medication somewhere right? And since there is a pot shop in my neighborhood, that is the only place I should be getting my meds right? Unfortunately about the time we lose our right to cultivate I think that popping up in the AZDHS database once in a while is in all of our best interest, that is at least in Yavapai and Maricopa counties.

I think driving 1/2 way across the state to purchase an Ice Cream cone one time is absolutely going assure the dispensary system stays in place.

They are not going to check and see if you ever made a purchase. We are pushing 50000 patients and that would just be a pita for azdhs.

I hope you are right, I suppose it depends on how badly County and State Prosecutors want to get conviction numbers up in their respective areas.
