P.H. Droping after 4 days - PPP Perpetual

Well, I need help... No, I mean with the garden.

I have been running the same Ebb and Flow setup for over 1 year, and suddenly I am having issues 4 days after a fresh nute change.

I will change my tank make fresh nutes with R.O. water. Small res. 15 gallons. (Problem comes after topping off with 7 or 8 gallons of water)

GH 3 part 1-2-3
Cal-Max
Hygrozyme
SM-90

Finished PPM 1000 ph adjusted to 5.8.

It stays nice a stable with the ph barely moving, then in one day it will drop from 5.8 to 5.2. Normally as the nutes get more dilute (over the course of 1 week) the ph would climb. The nutes push the ph down. So, if the plant is eating and I top off with RO water it should slowly climb.

What could have changed? I am pushing the plants larger with more of them in the tray, but once again I would expect it rise. It always did in the past.

The grow is perpetual so I can not pull everything and sterilize, but I clean where I can everytime a plant comes out. It worked great for 7 months straight, now I am forced to chase it until for the last 3 days until I change again.

I really need help on this. I was starting to think that I was getting the hang of this PPP. Now I have a group of Afghani Kush freshly cut clones that I want to start running and I am worried that it will fall apart.
