Hey Y'all. Long time reader, first time post. Here is a look at my organic outdoor medical grow here in Michigan.
Cleared the area of old junk, brush, vines and sumacs. Tilled to level the area out. Tilled in kelp meal, alfalfa meal, azomite, neem meal, fish bone meal, bone meal, feather meal, bio fish, bio live, worm castings, dolomite lime, gypsum, a big bag of chunky perlite, and a few bales of peat moss and promix that were lying around.
Dug holes roughly 2.5 feet square. (Will go bigger next year) Filled with mix of 1/3 peat moss, 1/3 composted cow manure, 1/3 worm castings. Layered around this three part mix from the bottom up were red lava rocks, langbienite (spelled wrong probably), composted chicken manure, azomite, fish bone meal, bone meal, bio fish, bio live, neem meal, mykos, vam, plant tone, bio tone starter. The lava rocks were layered throughout. So was kelp and alfalfa and azomite and mykos/great white.
Mounded worm castings around plants. Cover crop of clover. Straw mulch. Top dressed as needed.
6 zone irrigation system w/ sprinklers above plants on arches, and drip hoses on the ground for the switch to flower.
Foliar fed kelp and humic acid with l-amino acids almost weekly.
Fed compost and malted barley tea, kelp and humic acid, amino acids, and silica. (Just a few times with a sump and a wand)
