well that makes it 9 out 10 were duds wont buy those seeds again(4-way)i have not pulled the seeds. out of the bag seed i did 5 in jiffy mos pots, 4 cups (one seed in each just like you said to),and the rest are in a cup of dirtWOW-----your first set of seeds must have been bunk
it will slightley dry out---when the cup gets very light in weight you can use more sprays---seedlings need very little water and they will grow faster in a very lightly moistened soil---

just give the top of the soil a light mist with the spray bottle if the top of the soil gets dry---you don't need to wet it.

mine are a couple of inches above the plant tops and I use standard 6500k---40 watt flors.
