I have a stripped down version that is less complicated(it's in my book that will be out on 1-01-10) but I will post most of it here if there is enough interest---most growers stay away from grafting but it's fairley straight forward with the proper tools and sterile conditions...
whats is the book gonna be called ...so i can look for it...
it seems to be pretty simple...im def interested to see it done

If there is some growers with the interest I would be willing to do a grafting lesson with pics-----Post if your interested---I'll post supplies and tools needed...

Post her up doc cuz I've been looking to try this myself.Pretty much got my feet back under me so time to move on to bigger things like grafting. Was gonna graft a chemo with a northren lights but the stalks dont match good enough so think the pot of gold and the chemo would be better being the stems are about the same size. The dam n/l's are way to thick....

Shoot me a list of whats gonna be needed and I'll go collecting goodies.I'm clone'in every week now so will always have news babies to play with so just say when and we're off and runnin.

You guys can probably graft(splice) strains from one to another as good or better than I, The method I am talking about is making many clones from a single leaf.

could you tell me both ways, i have taken leaves off and binned them should i have stuck these in the routing powder. I thought i had to take a branch.

deep tissue culture is taking segments of a leaf,stalk,etc... sterelizing it.....adding hormones and media....and letting it sit until roots and shoots form
leaf cloning is not possible with cannabis but there is a cloning method called ternpc....supposedly u put this guys solution on the leaf and roots and shoots will form.....but its prob possible with a mixture of auxins and cytokinins
im eager to try it.....
already looked up where to get the hormones and everything:bigjoint:

I'm thinking the same thing.
have a few more shots to show. vegging with mh is strange after useing the cfl's. MH grows much thicker stocks.
