I've got ona spray... and 4 5 gallon buckets...
So... seriously??? You just spent $1000 plus on Ona gel???

That could have been a 1000cfm carbon filter and Ozone generator...
Sure you didn't...

4x$120=$480
Plus the cost of shipping, the misters and their inserts, and the fans for the pails.

I dunno man, sounds like a poor investment to me, but you're in your grow so you would know best.

How can I maintain negative pressure in an open room? My humidity is fine I don't care about the smell I just want the smell out of my living room and kitchen my plants are fine I have no problems with plants just smell in my living room and kitchen family stopping by from out of town
it is possible to have negative pressure in any size room.

You've just got to have more air leaving via your exhaust than coming in via your AC or intake.

By an open room i take it this is a spare room in your house?

do you have a door on this room? if so try to seal the door as best you can. if you still get smell leaks then your AC is adding more air than your exhaust is removing.

thats a very nice picture ty.

i meant that you are talking about your scrubber and your exhaust as 2 seperate entities.

usually most people with your amount of lights will use a sealed aircooled lighting system with fresh cool air intake for lights exhausting heat away then seperately scrub the room air and exhaust the scrubbed air away too.

the way you said scrubber and exhaust it sounds like you have 2exhausts 1 being scrubbed and 1 not.

That's mine in the middle it has a 12" fan that sits on the top of it I have the same fan blowing exhausting under my house and I have a 12" fan bringing air in through my veg room and a 6" bringing it through the wall into my flowering room My veg Room has my moms and my clones in it I am utilizing two bedrooms when you said I must have more fresh air coming into my flower room made me think maybe my exhaust port fan has gotten weak or worn out because indont see how a fan half the size is bringing in more air then the big fan is removing

My scrubber just sits in the room it takes all the air in and scrubs it back into the room that's why I have such a big scrubber/fan I bought an ozone generator also not sure if I want to carry it back since I've never used one or wait till the next go around because i'm in my 5th week of bloom and don't want anything to go wrong

If the lights are going to out at the time of your visitors, why not just turn off the intake fans and A/C unit and only leave on the exhaust/scrubber fan. that should provide enough negative pressure to do the job. and if the lights are out, heat shouldn't be an issue. And if they're just that smelly that they are seeping through the walls than it's a good thing you bought all the gel..... light a couple strong fruity candles in the rooms a couple hours before they get there! and if all else fails, treat your woman extra special so you don't reak hell when her folks leave... ya know a favorite pie or wine might do the trick!

sounds like it could be the 6inch in the middle is causing your veg room to leak.

you have positive pressure in your veg room rather than negative .

switch 12 and 6 around in veg room and speed control the 12 going from veg to flower so it runs slower than can filter fan.

hey presto full negative pressure no odour leaks.

also you are just recirculating air in your flower room.

you should exhaust the can filter and fan away from your grow. you dont have any negative pressure in your flower room which is why you are getting leaks.

Filters need to be exhausted away from your grow not just connected to a fan and left running within the room

FILTER --- FAN ---- EXHAUST AWAY

Basic grow room setup bro!
