Ona gel

Anyone ever used this stuff I've got a big
room using a 100lb carbon filter with a
865cfm fan and can still smell the plants throughout my house will this get the smell out of my living room and kitchen got some folks coming for thanksgiving

have you got negative pressure inside your room??

what CFM is your filter?

if your filter has a lower CFM than your exhaust then the air is passing through your filter too quickly to be scrubbed.

i have Ona Gel and it does work for closed off rooms and can be diluted with water to help conserve.

I'm a bit overboard for flowering, I used a carbon scrubber, Ona Gel and an Air Purifier. Might be overboard for just 2-3 plants but you can't smell a thing heh

I'm with Jondamon. Fix the issue with the scrubber. Ona gel won't replace it.

You need to look into OZONE GENERATORS my friend.

Jondamon has a good point. Without negative preassure its hard to keep the smells where you want them.

It's a can fan combo the filter came with the fan I've never had a problem with smell I've had up to 24 plants in flower at one time but I vegd for 18 weeks this time my 4 plants are 5' tall and about 6-7' wide and smell horrible it's the can fan 150 max i have bout a new filter thinking my old one had gotten old but that doesn't appear to be the case after all I'm just trying to get the smell out of the living room and the kitchen lol I'm growing in a open bed room my 4 plants take up a hole 12.5x14.5 room from wall to wall with little walking space

I don't usually have company and I usually don't care about the odor to begin with but my wifes family isn't as cool as mine lol

They are monsters I'm running 5 400's and 1 1000 with 4 world of seeds pure afghan kush 100% indica giants

you havent said whether you are maintaining negative pressure ?

also with plants that big how is your humidity?

high RH can cause your scrubber to be less effective .

How can I maintain negative pressure in an open room? My humidity is fine I don't care about the smell I just want the smell out of my living room and kitchen my plants are fine I have no problems with plants just smell in my living room and kitchen family stopping by from out of town

I'm gonna drop my temps after the lights go off with the a/c that's in that window behind the plants to tone the smell down I probably won't have company but an hour

Lol I would have the most pungent smelling strains in my collection in flower the only time of year her family drives down to see us I knew I should grew some tora bora or nl#1 this time I'm hoping to yield close to a lb a plant I got 2 off one super silver haze last go around

You would think a $865 can filter would work it does when the plants are small when flowered but not giants

So... seriously??? You just spent $1000 plus on Ona gel???

That could have been a 1000cfm carbon filter and Ozone generator...

No just my carbon filter was 850 I've had it for over a year
