Hello, please post pics of your trained (lst'ed, supercropped, or bent) plants. Lst'ing is not the fastest thing in the world and it is pretty time consuming, so it would be nice to see what some plants can produce in the end. Feel free to describe what you have done and how. I love these techniques because they really give you a hands on opportunity to work with your plants.;-)

Lets get started...

ur rite, it aint the fastest thing but deffinatly worth the wait!!! deffinatly a great technique as i mold my plant to take up as much surface area... im a firm believer in this tech...

NIIIIICEEEEEE! I thought it would be cool to do a standard lst like this with the main top coming through the middle say 3 or 4 feet high. The part coming directly out of the canopy (maybe a foot high) could be lollied so light reaches the bottom nugs, but you would still get a nice top. You can get really creative with this stuff. I LOVE IT!

yes i do too... i bend my branches over to fill in gaps around my garden... i have branches that bend from 1 side, threw the base of my plant cuz there was a bare patch on the other.... keeping it vertical and open like that allows botom nugs to become tops makeing the most of ur lights.. look at that branch in the above post... theres 4 nice colas on it..the bud closest to the base woulda nvr matured growing straight up... i tried to supercrop the supercropped branch thats y it looks a lil sketchy but if follow the stems up ull see its 4 collas on a single branch... it also makes the most of ur space as my garden has no holes in it... no light passes threw to the floor... heres a pic of the garden... looks like a sog set up but its 9 plants in a 4x5 space

Hahaha, no way.. Sweet!!!!!!!!! More pics, everyone! Has anyone done LST or Supercropping palm tree style with a shaved out stalk and an actual canopy on top?

thanx guys!!! i was very proud of this grow, obviously u see y...

cropping(LST, super-cropping,) is to train and menipulate ur plant... u bend the plant sideways which tricks the plant to grow vertical from its shoots at the nodes... the more nodes u have above ur bend (menipulation) the more shoots will grow and become tops... by doing this ur optimizing ur lights cause they will only penatrate so deep, SC will alow those lil buds at the bottem to become tops, by keeping ur canopy short and even.. and ur optimizing ur space cuz u pretty much make a blanket of weed rather then having areas /holes where buds could fit... for best resaults, alow the plant about 2 weeks of veg after u bend so the shoots can start to grow upwards...
supcroppin is so benifical espeacilly if plant nubers is an issuse..
check this link too, it will explain the process and such... check it good if it intrests u cuz every QnA is in there... even 1's u didnt think to ask... cheers

i havnt heard 1 person complain about this technique.. i perfer SC over LST cuz the bends make knuckles which support bigger buds.. it also damages ur plant a bit which creates harmons to run rampid.... what ever doesnt kill u makes u stronger rite???

wanna know a secret??? i jus SCed a few days ago... ill try and sanp a pic tomorow of my best plant and then show u it in a week or so b4 i 12/12 it... and ill update it every 2 weeks for yas.. cool??? down side is, i also jus chopped em for clones... my curent grow will not be as big and full as that 1 as im flowering shit quick to tie me over till my "real" crop is ready to go... switching strains and goin sog style... oh if any of ya wondered i got 19 zips of that grow under a 1000hps, about 120-140 tops by the time all the shoots grew

Resin just made this thread. Thanks. When you SC how many branches do you bend at the same time? Is it fine to "flatten" out all the branches at the same time? Great pics you posted. How many plants were there when you got 19oz?

yes i flanten every branch.. it will try to grow bak up to the light so u may need to weigh it down or keep bending it down(thats what i do)... it was 7 plants and 10 sog clones... the equivent to 9 plants(maybe)
