Yes, I have two 80mm (extreme high speed.. think its like 8000 rpms) fans at plant height in my veg/seedling chamber.. it blows the seedlings over to the side of the cup. Makes it very easy to LST soon as i transplant them into their big pot

First pic is my pc case veg box, and my little baby thai super skunk.. second one is what it ends up like (not the same plant).

Works well for me.. was originally unintentional, as the box was supposed to have a small CMH in it, hence the serious venting power and ghetto-ducting. But I ran out of cash, so its CFL's and automatic-LST

The seedlings may grow a little slower than norm, but I get nice thick stems as well.
