Officer's Version of Ferguson Shooting Revealed

yep, no reason. he certainly wasn't angry after a situation escalated.
Do you feel his version of events is accurate or that he is even a credible witness?

He claims he and Brown were walking down the middle of the street, not causing any harm to anyone.

He fails to mention that less than 10 minutes earlier he was an accomplice to a felony robbery.

The robbery took place between 11:52 - 11:54 and the incident with the officer occurred between 12:01 - 12:04.

Johnson has every reason to play the victim here, he doesn't give a shit about his friend, he wants to use this to leverage himself out of a felony charge.

If he really cared he would've been honest and upfront from the get go, stating he was an accomplice to a robbery with Brown but he did not deserve to be killed for it, IF, events took place as Johnson has claimed.

what does stealing a box of cigars have to do with anything?

the officer who shot this kid was completely unaware of it.

The fact they were both involved in a felony robbery within the space of 10 minutes says the way they responded to the officer would have factored into the situation considerably.

The officer would've know they were suspects in a robbery as their description was all over the radio and the suspects clothing matched Brown completely.

I believe he backed up after initially ordering them off the street as they had a box of cigars with them and that warranted him having a chat to them.

But, witnesses confirm Brown slammed the door on Wilson, when he then tried to exit the vehicle the altercation began.

NY Post has also reported Wilson has a "orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket" which indicates a struggle took place.

At the end of the day you bum rush a cop you get dead. Good Riddance.

They also said the cop grabbed the victim by the collar and attempted to drag him through the window of the cop car.

I see that tactic all the time on COPS so it must be true!! OH WAIT!!

They eye-witness testimony makes no sense and has no basis in reality.
Yep, dragging people through the window is definitely an effective way to seat a giant black man comfortably into the police car.

That statement came from an accessory to a felony committed 10 minutes earlier.

Yeah, he is totally believable... ROFLMFAO!!

When the Ferguson police department released the name of Darren Wilson, they also chose to release video footage which they claimed was of Michael Brown robbing a convenience store for some cigars.

The problem is, the video shows Michael Brown at the register, paying for the cigars.

From observation, it looks as if he had tried to buy more, but then was unable to afford it, hence why he left several packets on the counter. This prompted the store owner to come out from behind the counter and have a discussion with him, which prompted the shove witnessed in the full video.

Whatever words were exchanged between the man in the video and the store owner, they were not considered very serious, as the store owner nor the employees did not report a theft at the store. According to the stores attorney, the owners were bewildered when the police approached them demanding the surveillance tapes.

The store owners are now afraid of themselves becoming a target, due to the Ferguson PD’s attempt to tie their store to the fateful shooting. A gross abuse of police authority, one which now puts someone else at risk.

Even if Michael Brown were a petty thief, this does not excuse the cold-blooded shooting death of the 18-year-old. Of course the right-wing took the robbery claim at face value, and began labeling Michael Brown as a ‘thug‘ who did not deserve due process.

But instead it looked like he was a teenager who was enjoying a few cigars which he purchased at the local store. The store owners did not claim he stole from them. Video evidence shows him paying for the cigars found on him. The police attempt to paint Michael Brown as anything but a victim is a complete and total fraud.

Michael Brown was to start college last Monday, and was preparing to start his own business upon graduation. Officer Wilson cut short a promising young man before he could truly get his start in the world. It is a story so tragic due not to this isolated case, but for how common this is in America.

The United States is racing the results of decades of legitimized racism. Ever since President Reagan made it ok to bash the poor, so long as they were black, the progress in race relations in this country has been undone. Now we are facing the obvious result of this criminalization of African-Americans in the US. Is it not time to say enough is enough, and stop putting the blame on the victims?

a pissed off cop is motive. you ever seen one of them get pissed?
when i was younger skateboarding an older cop tried kicking us out of this ditch that was the cool place to skate. he threatened to break our necks and blame it on skateboarding. he tried grabbing my board he fell and rolled down a hill a couple times lmao. then we ran from him through a little tunnel that went under the hill while he was throwing rocks at us. then like a week later we were at the same spot and my friend who got obsessed with being a terrorist(muslim) was skating with his shirt over his face and that same cop fired 3 shots at us. i'm glad im not dead but it's still one of the funniest fucking things to me that he rolled down the hill after losing grip of my skateboard.

Anyone who watches that video would be insulted by that explanation. The clerk tried to stop Michael Brown from leaving the store because he reached over the counter and grabbed a bunch of stuff that was not within a customers reach. He then intimidated the store clerk.

I can understand again how the store owner and his employees fear for their lives and want to be with the mob rather than against it...

its sad and frankly pathetic that you had to search out a cropped video to put your own narrative to make it look like he paid for the cigars.

in this raw video shows he never once put his hands in his pockets for any money. he started grabbing shit. once then he handed it to his friend and then again with the bigger box. you ppl are seriously deluded in your views. pull your head out of your ass and stop taking up for criminals.

Where are the Cliven Bundy supporters? Why aren't they in Ferguson?

It seems like right-wingers think that a white man's cattle is more important than a teenaged black male's life.

Why isn't the NRA saying that if Michael Brown had a gun he could have shot that white police officer and be alive today?

Where is the Gadsden flag crowd? Why do they only come to the rescue of elderly white males?

3. The NRA has a history of supporting the Civil Rights Movement.

  • While African Americans were being terrorized by the Ku Klux Klan, where the Klan were sometimes aided by local law enforcement, the NRA setup charters to help train local African American communities to be able protect themselves. The most prominent case being in 1960 in Monroe, N.C. where the local National Association for the Advancement of Colored People head Robert Williams also chartered an NRA Rifle Club that successully defended an assault on one of their leader's homes by the KKK without casualties.

in other words, you can't prove it, you can't show one single example anywhere.

the problem is that racist radical righties like you are so far to the right that you think i'm to the left.

it's a matter of perspective, and the problem is yours.

No, you are that far to the left.

I'm a flaming liberal that feels like Dick Cheney in your presence.
