This is way more detail than we've heard so far (I think). I tend to believe the officer.

I just can't imagine why a seasoned, decorated officer with no prior blemish on his record would just one night get out of his car and gun down a kid holding his hands up in the air. I just don't believe it. There have got to be serious extenuating circumstances. IMO. But maybe the facts will prove me wrong.

but josie is the friend of a white person and so can be trusted, unlike those friends of the dead black kid they are trying so desperately to smear.

did you hear he had MARIHUANA in his system?

i hear that makes crazy supernegroes out of ordinary black youths.
josie knows what happened. hahahaha josie is more credible than the other witnesses with first and last names

Preliminary autopsy reports the fatal shots were at the top of the head, going toward his feet. This would contradict he being shot with his hands in the air, as witness have reported. If you can see the report, most of the rounds went thru his right arm. Why? The kid was a thug, in my opinion, and was going to tackle the cop. It's too bad we can't get video or sound. where are they?

Following the initial gunshot, Johnson said that Brown was able to free himself, at which point the two fled for their lives. The officer exited the vehicle, after which he fired a second shot, striking Brown in the back according to Johnson. At that point, according to Johnson, Brown turned around with his hands in the air and said, "I don't have a gun. Stop shooting!" The officer then shot Brown several more times, killing him.[38][56] Johnson's attorney stated that Wilson did not attempt to resuscitate Brown, did not call for medical help, and "he didn't call it in that someone had been shot."[57]

i always believe everything the cops have to say without question, just like you guys.
Buck, I don't always believe what the cops say. But the officer's "story" seems a lot more likely to me than what the supposed witnesses are saying.

Again, what was the motive for a seasoned, decorated cop with no prior incidents to kill a completely docile kid with his arms up in the air? Does anybody REALLY believe it happened this way? Where is Rachel Jeantel when we need her?

I find it much more likely that the kid thief on drugs did a LOT of provoking.

The theme will change from innocent victim to
"why was an unarmed kid shot 6 times" in the next week or so.
I can answer that.
How many bullets did the officers pistol have in it? I bet it was more than 6

Let's see. Three witnesses say Brown was shot in the back. Brow has no bullet wounds in the back. Yep, those are credible witnesses.

And I'll bet those "I witnesses" who are saying that the kid was completely innocent will get their stories torn apart on the witness stand, if the prosecutor even risks putting them on the stand.

Several "I witnesses" all say that the kid was completely innocent and trying to surrender, and in no way threatened the officer? And the officer just up and shot him 6 times in broad daylight with people all around? For no reason? Bull fucking shit.
