Occupy Wallstreet

So the government caused the problem and they are at wallstreet? Would seem they are knocking on wrong door?
I think I addressed that on the first page of this thread. I'm not sure who controls who in the gov't/wallstreet alliance. On one hand, you can't throw a rock in Washington without hitting some ex-Goldman Sachs employee. Goldman made out like bandits during the bailout. I believe 100% of their losses were covered and the Treasurey Sec. was a former Goldman CEO. Coincidence? The SEC is entirely made of former WallStreet execs and they never seem to bust anyone. Of course, even if they did bust someone you'd never know about it. Ever since the Enron scandal, the gov't has been doing deferred prosecutions. This means they end up paying a small fine and no charges ever get officially filed. So why is the government so easy on them? They'd throw my ass in the slammer for the most minor of offenses, but if I'm guilty of insider trading, I get a slap on the wrist and a pat on the ass.

I think protesting on Wall Street is more appropriate symbolically. It seems to have alienated the "Blame the Government" first crowd and the Tea Party sees it as an assault on capitalism, but you can't please everyone. I wish the Larouche pac, hadn't been treated so poorly there. They are the ones with the Obama Hitler mustache signs. Some segments of the tea party might jump on board if it were more clear that the crowd is not necessarily pro-Obama.

Wow- These people suck at this.
What a bunch of lame bitches-
Obey your master and enjoy your slavery
I like your style, but those people plan to occupy for weeks. If they were to get there and start fucking shit up, it wouldn't have lasted more than a few hours.
