Nute burn or Deificiancy?

I believe that my plant may have a nutrient deficianacy, however I have been watering with GH nutes at 1/2 strength (now with 1/4 strength just incase), I will water when top soil is feeling dry.
The plant is fairly stunted imo..

Soil mix is 1/3 verm, 1/3 peatmoss, 1/3 potting mix.

currently under a total of 84w 6400k cfl, soon to be under a total of 214w cfl 6400k, may even change 42w to 2700k.

pot is a 1L bottle with the top cut off.

How often do you believe I should water?
my pc grow box is around 50%-60% humidity with temps around 24celcius.

EDIT: I beleive it may be a nitrogen, magnesium, potassium deficiency

get it out of the clear cup.. roots dont like light... and i see a N def. try using a little blood meal.. and get some micro nutes for her..

ok, you have some issues there...how old is the plant? what type of soil is in your mix. I know what the components you used are but what I am asking is are they natural or do they have time released nutes (like miracle grow or scotts).

Looks like you have a nutrient deficiency. Now whether it's from a PH lockout or just hunger is unclear. Do you ph the water? If so the plant needs some more nitrogen. Another pointer would be to get a bigger pot that is not transparent. The stunting or slow growth is most likely a combination of not enough accessible nitrogen and the limited light supply.

Thanks so much for the help!! I've been asking on another site and got no where. I'll put it in a bigger pot as soon as I can and cut down on the watering. I will update you guys during. There are no nutes in my soil mix and I would say the plant is about 4 weeks old...

What is your ph?

Ok, the transplant is certainly a good idea. Get some cal/mag and give her about 1/4 dose starting with the first feed after transplant. I would let her get settled in her new home for a few days before feeding again

Go get something to test your PH.
If you can't afford a good meter.
Go to Wally world and get that 5 dollar test kit or strips...anything.
I think most city tap water is 7+ up.

Yep, you could be over watering too like you said.

I got a test kit for my pool, but I dont think it works the same... because I tried it out and nothing really changed..I tried to test the soil lol...


will this pot be okay?

Will it be bad for my plant if I plant if very low to the bottom of the pot so I can have ti grow taller??

edit: when transplanting many of the roots broke -_- i really hope this doesn't kill the plant, I tried to remove it slowly but some of them just broke when i tipped it upside down and tried to wiggle the soil out..

No man , sorry but that new pot is not big enough too.
Double or better triple size will do much better.

Your roots will recover. It'll take some time and the growth will be stunted for a while.
Dont try to give more water or nutes to help it. Just dont give up and wait. Let the plant beat the stress.

re-pot. reassess.

To be honest I don't think you should have transplanted....not like the thing is root bound. You could have just wrapped some paper around the plastic cup as well if you felt light was a problem to the roots.

STOP feeding it nutrients. Even at half strength it is clear you have created a nute lock out. Water only from now on and don't feed nutes to it until all your new growth is just green. If you are worrieda bout tap water and don't have ph meter, just draw the water 24 hours before you use it. The plant will come back just give it time and stop trying to stuff it's face with cake, lol...

one gallon.......then 3..........then 5. all with better drainage than that pot there. the kind shrubs come in at Home depot. pots like that.

Your plant is suffering from a ph lockout! It wont get better no matter how much nutes you use.
get a ph tester and use it!
