They are all from feminized seed except for what i call "Jewelweed", which is Wappa X Bubblegum X Diesel (selected) which is my personal project. I do not plan to top or train, just main cola blast-off!

I kind of like the smell of the GO line, stinky but sweet! My last run smelled and tasted great, so I plan to stick with it, and a little goes a long way....price is right. It is loaded with carbs and sugars, so I don't need to supplement with sucanat.

do you keep your mom under the t8's or do you have a separate space for her? those are crazy big for being only 20 days old and from seed, and that jewelweed looks sooo tasty - keep up the good work!

i keep my mom under the t-8 with the rest of the clones and veg girls. Yeah, they are pretty big! The t-8 is the way to go for rapid, explosive growth. you can put the light so close to the canopy.

My soil mix is primarily Roots, but I add some 3B professional mix for bulk, then some organic Epsoma 3-4-6 dry (6% calcium)"tomato" fert, with all the bennie bacterias, some earthworm castings, splash of dolomite, splash of azomite, and some "root rally" with Mike. makes for an excellent mix that I only need to liquid feed very lightly throughout. I also transplant from one gal. containers to the 5 gal. buckets at the time of 12/12 switch, and roll the root balls in the root rally before I put them in their big pots. They will have plenty of room and nutes to finish out nicely.

took some cuts of of the girls when they went into the flower room last week, and they just took. I want to establish another chosen mom of the Wappa, and the Goddess....they are fantastic. In my opinion, the Red Dragon is the weakest of the four strains, so I passed on making a mom of her. I did however breed the Dragon with a Jewelweed male during the last run and harvested about 50 seeds. That should be some pretty dank herb. Everything is coming along nicely....kind of in a holding pattern as I wait for pistils to start popping. Should have some little chi-chi shots soon. Peace:leaf:Nugs

had the ladies out for a watering, (h2o only)so I snapped a shot. They are still getting acclimated to the transplant, and my mix is still pretty hot, so they are a little slow, one more week and they should be full steam ahead.

do you use your same mix for clones or do you lighten it up a bit? and are you ph'ing your water, if so what to? i'm still learning and i'd love to pick up some bits of your wisdom if your willing to share.

thx mane.

:leaf:jose, I cut my mix in half with 3-b by Farfard for my clones....it is just peat, bark, and perlite. I keep a big bin of 3-b, and another of my custom mix side by side so I can mix accordingly. After the mix is buffered to a PH of 7 with the addition of dolomite, I make sure my water and light nute solution is adjusted to 6.2....and I use vinegar, and baking soda accordingly. Thanks for checking out my grow. Peace, Nugs:leaf:

Oh, I also use rain water, or in a pinch R/O water from the Culligan machine at the grocery store, neutral PH and a dissolved solids around 10 PPM. Hard water can cause lock-out problems, and I would never use city water cause of the chlorine.....I need all my micro-beasties to flourish. To put it in perspective, my finished nute solution runs around only 250 PPM. Gives you an idea of how potent my mix is.....and usually have to flush at six weeks flower to get my girls to yellow and change colors. This is my second year at this, and I think I have ironed out most of the problems and challanges that a newbie can run into. Now I am focusing on tweaking my genetics to produce the dankest meds around.

I plan to pollinate with two different males this go around. One is Mandala #1 from mandala seeds, and the other is a Jewelweed male, I have been working a backcross and inbreeding for stabilization on the Jewelweed line (Wappa x Bubblegum x Diesel)....The Mandala #1 is a very dense, super resonous, high CBD strain....(great for anti-anxiety and anti- depressant) and pain relief.

I have been diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease, so I am focusing on creating my own specific medications to help me heal from this potentially devastating disease.

thx for the info on the clones nugs. sorry to hear about your LD. not that u asked but i smoke to combat chronic back pain, insomnia and depression since i was left with a paralyzed right arm and cracked vertebrates from being hit by an suv while i was riding my bicycle back home from class about a year ago. i don't live in a friendly state so my treatment for my symptoms has been everything from methadone to percocet, ambien to xanex, so many different drugs in between, all of it makes me sick to my stomach, which in turn causes more back pain and more depression. i know i'm preaching to the choir here but its so amazing to me how much doctors (and the majority of their patients) think they have things figured out when in reality western medicine hasn't come up with anything that can rival the effectiveness or harmlessness of cannabis.

keep up the good work! i'm looking forward to learning much more from your grow and your methods. thx again for all the info!

:leaf:wow bro, what a story! I do believe that everything that happens in our lives happens for a reason, and what doesn't kill us just makes us more resilient. Thanks for sharing......sometimes the hardest thing about being sick or disabled or physically compromised is the isolation, and the feeling of aloneness. I also struggle with depression and anxiety, have since I was young, and unfortunately the LD can make it much, much worse. As cool as this site can be to share growing techniques, it becomes that much cooler when people can connect on a much more real level of life experience, and truly help one another in making us remember that we are not alone in our struggles and passions. Peace to you brother, and be strong....sit tight, and feel free to ask me anything about my med scene, I will be happy to share everything I have learned in my short co-existence with this magical plant. :leaf:
