How in the hell does cop know if the thug is unarmed, how about the testimony that Brown reached under his shirt into his waistband?
All of this took place in under 90 seconds and the armchair quarterbacks keep frothing at the mouth.
trying to hide the swishers probably you biased fuck.

He didn't die 30 yrds from the Tahoe? I don't care how far away he was from DW when he was shot.
No, he expired 12 feet away. So he had already covered half the distance in coming back. All the while Wilson was yelling at him to stop. Of course Brown had to know that Wilson was being serious seeing as Wilson had already shot him. Nothing says a dude is trying to kill you than shooting him once and then having him make another attempt.

Its like that drug addled dude who busted into some suburban home and ran around looking for the mother and 2 daughters that were hiding in a bedroom closet. Once he found them he tried to grab one of the daughters and the mother shot him in the face at point blank range with a .38 special, Dude kept yanking the little girl out, mom shot him in the face again, dude keeps yanking, mom unloads 3 more shots into the guys face. The dude finally ran outside to his car and drove away, then died and ran into a electrical pole a few seconds later.

state yes, federal no.
On a federal level, self defense is legal only in response to "An affirmative, unlawful act reasonably calculated to produce an affray foreboding injurious or fatal consequences."--US supreme court

So yeah, legal to shoot an unarmed person trying to kill you on a FEDERAL level too.

He ran away 100' after realizing he made a mistake, DW had no reason to leave his vehicle and give foot chase. Police are supposed to be smarter than that, setting a example. They are setting examples that it is alright to shoot unarmed people.
Dude, what world have you been living in?

If you see a cop and take off running, they chase you because you're running. That's what they do.

I've been through a GJ,have you?
Grand juries have been a part of our judicial process for well over a hundred years.
Just because you don't understand basic procedural law doesn't mean shit.
Your comment that "it should not decided based on a one sided account of what happened, that was never challenged by someone with a law degree" demonstrates your ignorance of our legal system.

Many witnesses gave testimony that backed up the officers account of events and given the high profile status of this tragedy, the intervention of the feds and the massive social outcry, common sense would dictate that the evidence had to be overwhelmingly in favor of the officer.

So get over it, the lefts lynch mob mentality, fortunately, did not prevail this time.
only witness 10 gave testimony that favored wilson, and his story changed massively since two days after the event. it would not have stood up to the least amount of cross examination.

if by overwhelming, you mean 1 out of 19, then sure.
You have a funny way of reading things that allows you to ignore what it says and see the words you want to see?

Cheesus posted a nice chart. I'll admit it wasn't as tidy as the prosecutor indicated it was in Wilson's favor, but you couldn't read it to condemn him for Brown's murder, either.

Are you denying that he died +30yrds from the vehicle? Nice way to deflect and deceive.
It doesn't matter how far away from the vehicle he died, a blood trail moving towards the cop tells the true story that Brown was coming at the officer.

Talk about deflection, Michael Brown attacked an officer, that's a felony you moron, the officer is well within his lawful rights to pursue a fleeing felon.

The distance they traveled from where Brown attacked the cop is f..king irrelevant, the blood trail left by Brown that proves he was advancing towards the officer is key evidence that Brown was the aggressor and Wilson killed him in self defense.

Your theory of how far away Brown was from the cops vehicle is about as stupid and trivial as UncleBucks rant about Wilsons orbital socket not being fractured.

Get over it, you guys made claims that turned out to be misguided and you're butthurt that you were wrong.
