NL auto and Pineapple Express auto

Wowe! Boy that's some nice looking bud! I love me some light green bud.

And those are autos huh? Pretty big for autos, what brand of seeds were those northern lights? I killed about 14 autos when I started, Pineapple Express and auto bomb. I managed to save 1 auto bomb, it's flowering now but doesn't look half the size of yours.

What kind of food are you using?

The Pineapple Express auto is a Barney's farm seed, the Northern Lights Auto is a Nirvana seed, they both came from Herbie's seeds. I've been using crappy, MG nutes. At first they worked really well, and probably would have continued to do so, but I'm pretty sure I overfed. But the next time I'm going to try the General Organics GO Box that SxlStew mentioned. His ladies look sexy as hell. I also should have used some calmag with this grow, I used some epsom salted water to spray the leaves when I first started to notice the cal/mag def. It helped, then I slacked off, then it got worse again, but I was afraid to spray too much on my leaves because I didn't want my buds getting too wet and growing mold. Thanks for the kind words, in spite of the mistakes I've made and the beating these gals have taken, I still think they are beautiful.

They are at day 62 now. I went ahead and did a flush with just water. I'm not sure if I'm going to water one more time, then let em dry out and chop, or go ahead and just let me dry out real good and chop next weekend. Any thought? How long would y'all let them dry out before cutting them down?

So, I know this is the dreaded question that everyone hates, the "how much will I yield" question. So, to keep from being as frustrating and noobish, I'll vary the question a bit and just ask, is 2 ounces dried, even feasible from these ladies? I mean combined, not each.

I am a newby and pics can be deceiving but I think you will easily get the 2z's, maybe 3. I have grown a couple of 1 oz plants though lol. Are the main colas pretty dense?

okay yeah thats where i got mine as well. Well cant wait to see her whens shes done.

I wouldn't say they are really all that dense, but they aren't all air either...if that makes sense.

they are looking good, i grew some auto NL x BB, in a 5 gallon bucket a it got about 3-1/2ft tall and produced almost and 1 oz good bit for an auto. The smoke was the best I (wife and I) have ever grown, it even got stronger as it got fully cured. Two hits off of it and it hit me full on, they look good for autos real good..........enjoy them so for NL x BB has been my favorite auto i have grown.

Lol, I think I do know what you mean. From a few feet back it looks like a nice thick cola, but up close you can still see some daylight through it in spots. This is how my White Widow Auto is growing, mines outside so i think it helps keep away the budrot.

I can say one thing about em. They are getting sticky. I can just barely brush my hand against a bud when reaching in to adjust the pot or something and I get that smell and all kinds of sticky all over me. It's pretty damn cool!

No, haven't tried a sample yet. I'm straining to keep from it until they are dried and cured. I don't smoke much and I have about an oz of street bought here, so I'm not in danger of running out. Still hard not to pull a small bud and quick dry her though.

So, in case anyone has been reading along, I'm at day 70 from seed. still haven't chopped either one. The trichs are fully formed now, with the little mushroom cap heads, but I'm not seeing any amber at all. It's looking mostly clear to me. I'm just barely watering them now since I don't want to have em full of water when I see some amber and decide to chop. I was intending on not watering at all until they were ready, but I don't want them to suffer from lack of water if they go a bit longer than I planned. Any thoughts? I'll try to get some pics up later.

Still not seeing any amber at all. But damn the bud's are swelling up. The stems can't hold them up anymore and my whole house is smelling dank as hell from just 2 plants. I'm really digging the smell of both. The NL is subtle, with a bit of a piney smell mixed in with the weed smell. The PE smells amazing imo. There's a really dank weed smell mixed with a fruity citrus smell. I'm so ready for harvest time
