I salute her. Even if her on-air actions had financial motives blended in, I still think it progresses the legalization movement forward. You don't see many professional news anchors in mainstream media speak up and make a statement like that, even if they do happen to dislike their day job and have something else in the background to financially fall back on. She might not inspire other news anchors, but she will inspire and rev up a lot of other people. I love to see rebellion like that.
