when my manager wouldn't approve my vacation time (i had 5 weeks) that was the final straw.

backed up all my client info:mrgreen:

emailed one sentence:fire:

packed all their shit (laptop, phone, badge, VPN) and Fedexed using their account:wink:

dumped all their POS in the trash:clap:

wouldn't take their calls or demands for me to come to the office "talk about it".

let me just tell you..if you think sex feels good..you should try this just ONCE in your life..

i walked from $110k+++

and NEVER looked back..

I quit my last job 3 months ago and immediately regretted it but then 3 days later I found a better job and a week after that I read that plant was being shut down
So win win

I've always had a choice between feeling kicked in the balls or kicked in the teeth when it came to employment in corporate America. It felt good to quit- and better to build my own business.

Now I'm wealthier than I'd ever have been if I stuck with one of those kick-me jobs.

I once quit a job by telling my boss to meet me up at the bar so I could kick his ass up and down the parking lot. The big talker never showed. Ahhh, felt good!

What do you have against America? Why do you hate freedom?

Florida is a right to work state, you are under no obligation to give them any kind of notice of your departure. In fact if you did give them notice you are just screwing yourself.

Ahh such a tough subject... i believe what you saying but, i know many people who say same thing and at end of day have no income and live and mooch off family, friends because they are happy sitting home and think a sweaty or aggravating day of work is not how life should be lived ...

When one person quits working because unhappy another person has to work harder to support.

Just a rant.
