keeping the light between 3 and 4 feet away. mom and all the sisters also show this trait (not sure thats what it is but, its kind of looking like it). they all get a bit of a wave going on. Im running a 400W CMH. Mom and sisters Veg under a 4 light T5 (2ft x 4ft) has 8 lights but 4 is usually all thats on. and then the sisters bloom under my buddys 1000w HPS set at 750w. i ll be blooming under the same 400w CMH im using to veg under atm.

i ll certainly check out the competition. should be an interesting read.
shouldn't the CMH be alot closer than 3-4ft?? I've been keeping mine about 16" away the whole time

:clap:Nice job. It feels good to be legal huh? The plants look good and are growing pretty quick. I too recently became legal and started my first grow. It is so addicting. Check out mine in grow journals and tell me what you think. Ill be following this one. We can help each other.

Re: the Dyna-Gro Foilage Pro I think that is a good nute for veg because I'm just using the Grow + Protek in hydro and I can tell they would like a little more N like the Foilage Pro has. I'll be ordering some of it to balance out my N ratio with the Grow nute. Also I have decided to pick up the Mag-Pro as a bloom booster in flowering.

Re: The light, I'd just hang it around 16-18" or so to prevent stretching and then put your hand under it at the top of the canopy and if it feels even a little uncomfortable then it's too hot for the plant. That's how I judge light distance anyway. =)

Girl Update.

been in bloom lighting of 12/12 since last sunday (april 9th) so this is a pic from last night at 96 hrs (4 days into bloom)

they have gained about 6 inches height in the last 4 days as well

they are each taking near a gallon of water. every 2 to 3 days now. still get a watering one Wed, Fri, and a feeding on Sunday. uped to a tspoon of Bloom and a smidge of foilage pro (about 1/4 tsp) for the 2 girls now they are into bloom. will continue this regiment from here on out, of water wed, fri, and feed sun on 12/12. they are looking great i think.

anyone care to guestimate my yield from the 2 girls?

heres a pic of the lil sis from clone a few weeks back. its under a 2 bulb t-12 floro for veg in with Sprout.

well its good to be home.

been gone for 2plus weeks for work. time for an update.

Wow what a differance a few weeks makes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

had a babysetter careing for the girls while i was out of town. they just watered one day, fed another, and would rotate the girls every day 1/4 turn. other than that, they were left to fend for themselves.

so they got a gallon of water on thur, and a gallon of water with nutes on sun, just as i have been doing. only change while i was gone (beside the size of the girls fruit) is we lost power one night for a few hrs. lights were already off when the power cut, so they seen 4 added hrs of dark that night before power came back on. this was just after i left. so when i got back, i reset the timers to the correct time and let them go. dont seem to be having any effect that i can see.

also being thursday, they got a gallon of water, but this time the water got a tsp of Blackstrap Molasses.

im going to re post afew pics from above to do a comparrison shot of then and now.
