Day 16:

Temp: 20°C

So i found out sweet cheese is a pretty strong smelling strain It's already starting to reek of dank! So I devised a temporary odor control until I can make a carbon filter.
I got some vanilla scented cones and put one on the horizontal metal piece in front of the exhaust fan ( I knew that piece would come in handy! :d).
You can see the smoke being sucked out nicely, so it shouldn't affect the taste of the bud that much, and even if it does, I like vanilla. :d

My girl has started to sprout out more and more leaves! =D Any idea when I could start LST?

Did you check your runoff?

LSTing should start about the 4th or 5th set of true leaves!
But you really can do it whenever you feel like it!

runoff is just under 7, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem, also I'm not sure how accurate my meter is, it just seems flimsy and cheap, I guess I'll have to order a decent one of the internet when I save up some more money

Day 24:

I've decided against LST, I'm just going to use these autoflower seeds I have to get used to growing, and then buy some regular ones and do LST with those...

So right now I'm just going to grow the one I have without any special techniques, I'll think about a safe way to move the plant to the middle of the planter Next run I'll grow 2 at the same time, looks like there's room enough for 2.

So long time since my last update and my girl has been at it! She's looking so happy and healthy! seems like the early damage was just some nute burn, thats great =D

I know! =D She's trying so hard And yeah I'm pretty sure it'll fit. The tray can go a lot lower and the lights can go up a bit more aswell. And when I somehow replant in in the middle it will have plenty of space to keep on growing

I was looking at your light config you got going there and I think it benefit you to get those CFL's horizontal and down close to the plant. Start at 4'' and see how they react. It was one of this best things I learned from my first experiment and incorporated on my 2nd grow. Then I switched to LED's and I'm very impressed with the fixture over the past week.

Mounting the lights horizontal isn't possible, I've tried it multiple times and posted about it multiple times aswell Those socket to bulb adapter thingies are unfindable here in belgium, and even if i found some, my case isn't wide enough to fit the bigger 4000k bulb :/ I know it's better to have them horizontal but it just isn't possible.

Day 26:

So today I "replanted" my girl to the middle of the tray and added another very low RPM fan to just kind of blow onto the plant and keep the air moving.
I hope I didn't destroy too many roots in the process and that she has a swift recovery :d She has a lot more room now to grow and get frosty

Also the smell is getting quite strong, over the weekend my apartment filled with the smell of dank got rid of it now with some scented candle thingies. But that does mean I have to get working on a carbon filter soon.

There's absolutely no way that plant will fit unless you LST her. You should have left her off to the side so you could train her toward the other. DX

Oh, and it's worth mentioning... I'm sub'd.

Thanks for subbing and thanks for your concern, but this was an error on my part, the stem is now too thick to be trained, if I bend it now it will snap and kill the plant :/ I guess I have no option but to try it..
I've waited wayyyy to long to start LST and next time I won't make the same mistake it's just that these autoflowers grow so fast I underestimated it, friday she only had like 3-4 sets of leaves and I would do the LST after the weekend, but when I came back she had an enormous growth sprint :/ now she's too big for LST.

I guess I'll eventually have to trim some leaves if it gets too big, height isn't gonna be a problem I think, there's still a lot of room left.

She'll put another 12-16 inches (35-40cm) i'd guess. But i've no experience with the strain you're using. I'll be watching though.

I've done some research and judging by the small planter (5L) She'll grow about another 30 cm indeed, which I can fit in, will be tight but should be ok I can always do some emergency job to the lights so she can grow even higher.

Good deal, can't wait to see how she turns out. She looks good so far man, better then my lil ladie, that's for sure.

When I fix her... hopefully. >_<

So yesterday evening I gave her some water and now she's looking so healthy! =D will post another update tomorrow
